McConnell finished Thursday's 108-91 win over the Thunder in Game 6 of the NBA Finals with 12 points (6-12 FG, 0-2 FT), nine rebounds, six assists and four steals across 24 minutes. McConnell stepped up on both ends of the floor, shouldering more of the point guard duties with Tyrese Haliburton limited due to a calf injury. The veteran McConnell has now scored double digits in four of the past five games, while tallying 13 total steals during that time. Although Haliburton will almost certainly be available for Game 7, McConnell will likely be called upon to lighten the load as Indiana looks for its first NBA title.

T.J. McConnell : Shines bright in Game 6 victory
Tyrese Haliburton : Limited in Game 6 win
Haliburton had 14 points (5-12 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one rebound, five assists and two steals across 23 minutes during Thursday's 108-91 win over the Thunder in Game 6 of the NBA Finals. Haliburton played limited minutes Thursday, helped by the fact that the Pacers ran the Thunder out of the gym. This game was never really close, with both teams given the opportunity to rest their stars down the stretch. Despite continuing to deal with what has been reported as a somewhat serious calf injury, there is almost no way Haliburton won't be available for Game 7 on Sunday in Oklahoma City.
Obi Toppin : Scores 20 points off bench
Toppin totaled 20 points (6-12 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 4-6 FT), six rebounds and two steals over 23 minutes during Thursday's 108-91 victory over the Thunder in Game 6 of the NBA Finals. Toppin continues to be a force to be reckoned with off the bench for the Pacers in the NBA Finals. The Dayton product has now scored 17 or more points three times during this series, making him one of the most consistent scoring threats on the team.
Pascal Siakam : Double-doubles in win
Siakam racked up 16 points (6-14 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 13 rebounds and three assists across 32 minutes in Thursday's 108-91 win against the Thunder. Siakam recorded a double-double for the second time during the NBA Finals on Thursday. Even though the New Mexico State product had his second-lowest point total of this series, he left his mark on this game while helping force a Game 7, which will be played Sunday in Oklahoma City.
Tyrese Haliburton : Cleared for Game 6
Haliburton (calf) is available for Thursday's game against the Thunder, Jamal Collier of ESPN.com reports. Haliburton was listed as questionable ahead of Thursday's game but will suit up as the Pacers aim to extend the series to a Game 7. Coach Rick Carlisle said the star will be monitored throughout the contest, though he won't be under any official minutes restriction.
Tyrese Haliburton : Intends to play
On the Pat McAfee Show Thursday, ESPN's Shams Charania said Haliburton (calf) has every intention to play in Game 6 of the NBA Finals. Haliburton is currently listed as questionable, while coach Rick Carlisle has said multiple times that he will be a game-time call. Charania adds that the Pacers have a shootaround later this evening, at which point the medical staff will make a final decision -- Charania hinted that Haliburton may wear some padding on his calf.
Jarace Walker : Won’t play Game 6
Walker (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Thunder. Walker will miss a sixth straight game during the NBA Finals due to a sprained right ankle. The next opportunity for him to get back on the floor will be Sunday if the Pacers force a Game 7 in Oklahoma City.
Tyrese Haliburton : Iffy for Game 6
Haliburton (calf) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Thunder, Tony East of WTHR Channel 13 Indianapolis reports. Haliburton will do everything he can to be ready to play in Game 6. He did go through a light practice Wednesday, which is a promising sign. However, calf strains can be tricky injuries that can lead to a more severe lower leg injury if not properly managed. That said, the Pacers will be careful with their rising star, even with the season on the line Thursday. If Haliburton is ultimately ruled out, Indiana will likely turn to T.J. McConnell and Andrew Nembhard to shoulder more of the workload in the backcourt.
