Shades Of Red

I haven't managed to join in with the challenge at The Outlawz Tuesday Challenge much recently but with a monochrome theme I just had to join in this week (even if it is last minute!)

I have used a polka dot paper from a paper pad by Rosie's Studio.  I corner rounded a rectangle of white cardstock and inked the edges with Distress Ink - Worn Lipstick.  The image is from Mari Digis and has been coloured with copic markers, Kindy Glitz and fussy cut.  I also added some Dimensional Magic to the ice.  I also used some red ribbon and a foam embellishment.

Red White and Blue

I have made a non-patriotic red, white and blue card.  I like to use this colour combination without it being a patriotic card as it is such a great colour combination in itself.

I have used a paper from ProvoCraft.  The image is from Mari Digis and is coloured with copic markers.  I matted with cardstock in red, white and blue.  I also added a blue polka dot bow.

Merry Christmas Mum

We are midway through the month of February.  That means it is time for some more inspiration for the challenge at 12 Months of Christmas.  This month our theme is to create a card for a loved one.  We are sponsored by Mari's Digis.

I chose to create a card for my Mum.  The image I used is called Feliz Natal 4.

The background paper is from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles.  I aso used some white lace, some purple gemstones and a sentiment from Desert Diva.  Colouring is with copic markers.

Today Is Your Day

For the second day in a row, the sun is shining!  Yay!   In between enjoying the sunshine yesterday, I managed to fit in a bit of crafting.  For this one, I was inspired by the colour of the flowers in the inspiration picture at The Outlawz Tuesday Challenge.

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Pebbles.  The image is from Mari Digis and has been coloured wtih copic markers.  I added a flower embellishment and a couple of sentiments from a pack by Rosie's Studio.  I also used some striped washi tape.

On Your Birthday

This is the second card that I created using the same image.  Yesterday, I used bright bold colours, while today's card is in monochromatic brown.

I have used a paper from a paper pad by MultiCraft. The image is from Mari Digis and is coloured with copic markers.  I also edged the die-cut with a copic marker.  I added some hot pink trim, a sentiment topper and a hot pink bow.

Cute Christmas

I love the sound of piano music so I am often drawn to images with pianos in them.  As well, I am drawn to songs that have a strong piano part in them.  I learnt to play the piano when I was younger but never really mastered it - particularly co-ordinating both hands!

I have used a paper, border and sentiment from paper pads by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Mari Digis and is coloured with copic markers. I die-cut lots of flowers using a die set from Creative Expressions and add flower centres using Nuvo Drops.  Matting is orange pearlescent paper.

An Expression of Love at The Path of Positivity

We are midway through the current challenge at The Path of Positivity.  This challenge the optional theme is "An Expression of Love" .  We are sponsored by Imagine That and Mari Digis.

For my midway creation, I have used an image from Mari Digis called Casal Kiss.
