Jesmon is the evolved form of Hackmon, a servant of Homeostasis. Hackmon takes this form in "Confession", in a fight with Alphamon in the post-Reboot Digital World, and in "Coexistence" when Homeostasis tasks him with destroying Meicoomon (Meicrackmon: Vicious Mode) and engaging in a three-way battle between him, Meicoomon (Raguelmon) and Omegamon (the Chosen Children turned on Homeostasis in favor of saving Meicoomon), and Yggdrasil's Alphamon joined in as well. Hackmon evolves to Jesmon last in "Our Future" to prevent Ordinemon from running away. He cuts off one of her wings, releasing Tailmon from inside her body.
Manga[edit]
Digimon Chronicle X[edit]
Jesmon is one of the Royal Knights. It was tasked with helping Craniummon (X-Antibody) and Sleipmon (X-Antibody) in Old Digital World. It evolves in Jesmon (X-Antibody).
Hiragana Digimon: A Tale of the Royal Knights[edit]
JESmon makes a cameo in the title page of Episode 1 alongside the rest of the Royal Knights.
In Episode 2, "JESmon", Wanyamon and Dynasmon found JESmon talking to Sistermon Blanc and Sistermon Ciel through his computer. The Sistermons reported no abnormalities in the areas they were checking out. Wanyamon asked him what he was doing and JESmon explained he was checking for any abnormalities to prevent a worst case scenario where Yggdrasill malfunctioned. Dynasmon explained JESmon was like cold medicine, which Wanyamon thought was cool but JESmon disliked. Then in "Training", Wanyamon asked if he could become a Royal Knight but JESmon turned him down, which Dynasmon disagreed with. JESmon explained his master, Gankoomon, was very tough on him, such as tossing him down from a mountain over and over after he climbed it back when he was a Hackmon, something only an elite like him could endure. Wanyamon then jumped off the cloud they were on, which terrified JESmon but Dynasmon knew how sturdy Wanyamon was and thought he'd be fine.
In "Gankoomon", JESmon brought Wanyamon to Gankoomon, who was pumping weights, to be his apprentice, but Gankoomon didn't hear him. Wanyamon greeted Gankoomon and JESmon shouted at him to speak louder and insulted him, which caused Gankoomon to send him flying with one uppercut. Gankoomon then praised Wanyamon's greeting while petting him, confusing the hurt JESmon. Then in "Master", JESmon reminsced about how strict Gankoomon was as a teacher, remembering how he screamed several orders at him while he was hurt as the teacher's anger took the form of Hinukamuy. In the present, however, he was far kinder to Wanyamon, telling the Baby II to take a nap and giving him snacks and a bitcoin as pocket money. JESmon screamed Gankoomon had gone completely soft while Dynasmon thought Gankoomon and Wanyamon were like grandfather and grandson. Following in "Speak Up", JESmon asked an exhausted Wanyamon what was wrong and the latter answered Gankoomon kept telling him to speak loudly. JESmon thought his master had finally gone back to how he was in the past, but in reality he was just getting hard of hearing and asked JESmon for a hearing aid. Then in "Hide and Seek", Wanyamon and Gankoomon played hide and seek. Wanyamon easily found Gankoomon who was hiding behind a rock due to his Hinukamuy aura. JESmon thought Gankoomon was spoiling Wanyamon.
This all led to "Master and Disciple Showdown", where JESmon screamed at Gankoomon when he had gone soft. Gankoomon merely asked him to lower his voice in response, then explained there was no need for Wanyamon to train while he was so young and he should just enjoy being a child and play as his personality would suffer if he was pushed too hard. This only angered JESmon even further as he asked his teacher about said effects on the trainee's personality. They then fought each other, with Gankoomon releasing Hinukamuy and JESmon summoning Atho, René, and Por; as Gankoomon stated JESmon was too strict on others and too mean and JESmon answered that was Gankoomon's fault. Dynasmon decided to leave alongside Wanyamon, who thought the fight between master and student was cool.
Digimon ReCollection[edit]
Digimon Knuckles[edit]
When it was corrupted by Leviamon, Hackmon evolved into JESmon and attacked Kawashima Haruka and Gankoomon. Just like Leviamon's other victims, it believes that strength is purely about fighting and defeating others, an idea vehemently opposed by Gankoomon. It nearly overwhelms Gankoomon in their first fight until Haruka summons Arkhai Angemon's Holy Rod to protect him in its Brave Aura. It then used Aus Generics to teleport directly next to Haruka and threatened him by impaling his clothes before throwing him away to escape, moving towards the newly-manifested Leviamon.
Leviamon then ordered JESmon to fight and defeat Gankoomon to cement his status as the strongest Royal Knight, reducing him into nothing short of a berserk monster. The berserk JESmon overwhelms Gankoomon until Haruka summons Craniummon's Claíomh Solais, allowing Gankoomon to use End Waltz to defeat JESmon. He devolves into Hackmon afterwards and Gankoomon entrusts it to Haruka before going to confront Leviamon.

Novel[edit]
Digimon Chronicle X[edit]
Digimon Liberator[edit]
Hackmon, as Savior Hackmon[N 3], evolved into BT20-017 JESmon through its End of Your Turn effect by suspending his master, BT20-059 Gankoomon (X-Antibody), during his fight against Yuuki in "THROUGH THE FIRE AND METAL". It then used its effect[N 4] to play an [Atho & René & Por] Token. This, in turn, triggered its other effect, allowing it to destroy Yuuki's Loudmon. It then attacked Yuuki's Punkmon, destroying it and checking two security with Piercing. In her next turn, Yuuki attempted to destroy JESmon with her BT20-096 Black Sabbath, but it destroyed [Atho & René & Por] instead due to their Decoy (Red)/(Black) effect. As Yuuki tried to destroy Gankoomon (X-Antibody) with Heavy Metaldramon, JESmon asked its master to leave the rest to it and Blast Evolved into BT20-021 JESmon GX ACE.

Digimon Story: Time Stranger[edit]
JESmon is an Ultimate-level, Data-type Digimon of the Friendly personality. It evolves from Garudamon or Savior Hackmon if its Attack is 1730 or higher, Defense is 1730 or higher and Speed is 1650 or higher, and if the player's Agent Rank is 7 or above. The stat requirements can be cut by up to 4.71x by certain Agent Skills. Its signature moves are Tekken Seibai (18 Null physical damage to one foe; hits 5 times; 20% Critical Hit rate; increased damage against foes with the Ancient gene) and Schwertgeist (Erects a counter physical shield; if user is targeted by a physical attack, counter with 105 fire physical damage against the attacking enemy; increased damage against foes with the Human gene). It is weak to Ice and Null and resists Fire and Electricity. If the prerequisite DLC is purchased, it can Mode Change into JESmon (X-Antibody).
JESmon is one of the Royal Knights. Yggdrasill sends Yuki Dan/Yuki Kanan to find them and get them to their rendezvous point in Central Town in the side mission "Royal Knights, Assemble!".
After talking to Gankoomon in the side mission "A Stubborn Fighter?", he sends the Agent to look for his apprentice, JESmon, in the Real World as he left to get ramen then never came back to the High-Rise Colosseum. The Agent found him in line for the Yaro-kei Ramen shop in a valley of Akihabara in the side mission "Yaro-Kei Ramen". He was about to starve to death as he kept failing to order from said shop, and he was aware Gankoomon was sure to be mad at him for being so late. However, he refused to go back without the ramen. As he still didn't know how to order, he asked the Agent to teach him. Having properly ordered his ramen, JESmon went back to the High-Rise Colosseum.
After returning JESmon and telling the duo where to meet the other Royal Knights, Gankoomon thanks the Agent by giving them the chance to fight him, with a proper reward if they win. He then ordered JESmon to fight alongside the Agent to see if he had gotten rusty. Gankoomon joins the "Greatest Omega Carnival" side mission as the fight "Quake, Lightning, Fire, Father", where the Agent fights him alongside JESmon. During the fight, JESmon can use Wolkenapalm III and Schwertgeist.
After the fight, Gankoomon admitted it was fun to fight a human. Upon JESmon telling him to go to the rendezvous point, Gankoomon said he was told not to act as a Royal Knight and to keep quiet by Alphamon, who didn't understand why the human race should survive. Gankoomon was unsure if to listen to Yggdrasill or Alphamon so he wanted the Agent and JESmon to accompany him as he took his final decision.
During the side mission "Choosing a Human Representative!", the Agent, JESmon and Gankoomon meet in front of the entrance of an Outer Dungeon, where Gankoomon's friend lived. Despite being a human, Gankoomon spoke highly of his strength and they formed a friendship, so Gankoomon was curious about how he was faring and, depending on the outcome of their meeting, would choose if he sided with Yggdrasill, who wanted to protect humanity, or Alphamon, who was asessing them. The trio then entered the Outer Dungeon, a shady bar with Archnemon and Lady Devimon as its barmaids, the latter of which tried to get Gankoomon's friend to pay his 48000 yen tab.
After asking the Agent to remain neutral, Gankoomon spoke to his drunk friend, who just asked him for money so he could stay in the bar longer. He said he only had 2000 yen on him, which Gankoomon found weird as he had won in the arena earlier thanks to him. The man had wasted all that money on the bar, money that was meant to be used on his kid's tuition. To improve his finances, he asked Gankoomon to fight a fixed match at the arena. That was enough for Gankoomon to decide, although JESmon tried to convince him that better humans, such as the Agent, also existed. Unlike what JESmon thought however, Gankoomon had decided to take Yggdrasill's side, as he saw humanity as weak creatures that he had to protect. He thought humanity would be easy to destroy but it'd be more fun to train them into real men. As such, he decided to destroy the bar, which his friend was fine with since it meant not paying his bill. To protect themselves, Archnemon and Lady Devimon called upon Kuzuhamon who attacked the Agent, Gankoomon and JESmon. During the fight, JESmon can use Schwertgeist and Tekken Seibai.
After defeating Kuzuhamon, the group left the Outer Dungeon and Gankoomon told the man never to use his kid's money again. While he said he learned his lesson, he nonetheless asked Gankoomon for more money for the train. Gankoomon was fine with it but made it clear he'd get the money back even if it meant going to his house while his wife was there. In reality, Gankoomon knew fully well he wouldn't see the money again but he didn't want the man to know. Afterwards, Gankoomon praised JESmon's growth and both Royal Knights left for the rendezvous point.
All 13 Royal Knights showed up in an Outer Dungeon to save the Agent and Sagisaka Hiroko from Mugendramon in the side mission "An Odd Letter". Omegamon explained they had felt an enormous power and rushed to their aid, though they couldn't all fight in such a small space so they allowed the Agent to choose who'd help them.
All the Royal Knights showed up to fight Chronomon, destroying his Kotowari no Kyozetsu barrier with a barrage of their signature moves, then left. This was necessary, as said barrier could not be broken by anyone who lived under the rules of Iliad, but the Royal Knights were from another world and the situation was desperate enough to allow them to interfere with the natural order of Iliad.
