Have I Got A Little Story For You...

NEW LINKS

The Kings Of Grunge with a show from the
land down under.
Touring their album at the time,Vitalogy.
I consider the first three albums as
the classic Pearl Jam era.
After that they kinda left me behind.
I do have a couple more studio albums
but I don't enjoy them as much.
Anyway it's a fine show full of excellent tunes.

When He's Happy He Looks Insane...

 Grunge survivors Pearl Jam here.
They've recently released a new album and
are touring the biggest venues at the moment.
But...back in time we go to,1993,or maybe 1994.
Probably '94 as Whippin' is played from the Vitalogy album
No info with this one.Seems to be from a couple
of different sources but it's a fine listen with
a couple of cracking cover versions as well.

But There's A Trapdoor In The Sun...

Pearl Jam and a Radio Broadcast
from 1995 at some secret location.
Playing songs from the new album Vitalogy.
A few glitches here and there but
overall a good listen.
Comes with various bonus tracks.

If There Was A Reason,It Was You...

Long term Grungers Pearl Jam this time.
From back in '94.
Two acoustic sets from the Bridge Benefits show.
Love them or hate them they've certainly lasted.
I love the early stuff but what they've done in the
last 20+ years I dunno.
Cos the last album I bought from them was released in 1998.
Good,enjoyable sound on this.

Out Of Bed And He Dreams In The Shower...

 More Pearl Jam.
A cool compilation put together from
Live Show's,Demo's,TV Appearances etc.
Always liked the song Alone
it should've been on an album.

There's A Warnin' Sign In The Road Ahead...

 Touring their first album,Ten.
Here's Grungers Pearl Jam from London 1992.
That first album is a classic.
It's a great show full of energy and fine tunes.
Can't beat early PJ.

Lemon Yellow Sun...

Pearl Jam from '92 playing songs from the debut.
Great show from the Cabaret Metro,Chicago.
I liked PJ from the start and I go four or five albums
in before losing interest.
Guess they didn't want to make the
same album all the time.
And why would they?
But I still love the early stuff it's my favourite era of theirs.

Small Town Predicts My Fate...

Hopefully everybody's recovered from being
fed and watered over the Festive Period.
Let's Rock!

Very good incomplete audience recording from
Pearl Jam on the Vs Tour.
Did a little digging on this.
Seems it's from The Ahoy,Rotterdam July 19 1993.
Not as the back cover states from Seattle.
Vs,great album and a good follow up to the debut.
Whatever,enjoy.

Grungers,Pearl Jam.
They've been quite successful.
Nice collection of Demo's & Live tracks in
very good/excellent quality.
Does not contain track 17.

Hey, Na Na Na Na, Hey That's Something...

Grungers Pearl Jam on the Vitalogy Tour.
Full show in excellent quality.
I take it the title relates to the next night,
as that was the radio broadcast?
Cool that Pearl Jam mixed up their setlists,
well worth collecting back then.

Thoughts Arrive Like Butterflies...

Pearl Jam - The Godfathers Of Grunge.
Like a lot of bands I really get into their early stuff
before usually losing interest.
I really liked their first three releases and bought others but the quality of songs just didn't do it for me.
Too much filler not enough killer.
Not everybody can have a catalogue like The Beatles eh?
Half electric half acoustic here, great stuff.
