Another Day at Home BeauSpeak on Thankful Thursday

Here I lie, waiting to be fed,.

while Mama runs about the house taking pictures of breakfast food and a glass jar for me to tell you what we are thankful for.

Today I am thankful that Mama eats french bread for breakfast, and shares with me and Mama is thankful the hot sun outside, sends sunbeams sneaking in the crack of the blinds on the window and pointing out the beauty of the glass candle jar.

Mama is thankful for Fennel Tea and French bread with no preservatives.
She eats a slice of bread before coffee and if needed sips Fennel tea, both of which calm the empty tummy so she can have coffee, which is a no for IBS.

French Bread-my best of IBS friends

I used Food Mode on my Samsung A14e Cell phone

I learned from the web site Help for IBS that French Bread is IBS friendly. In one of my daily news letters from the site, Heather said when our tummy is empty when we wake up, we have to be careful that we put soluble foods in first thing. She suggested a slice of French bread, it has no processed foods or chemicals, and a few spoon of unsweetened applesauce to start the day. Eat that first before your protein. Each week  I buy this bread from Wal-Mart bakery, it is baked daily on site. Come home and slice and put in gallon size zip lock baggie and freeze.

Each night i take out the daily amount and it is fresh and ready for my first cup of coffee. I eat bites of it and sip my coffee.

She says NO Coffee, I can't live without it. Two cups max  each day. I am thankful I found her websites and that she steered me to this bread.
