Starry. Starry Night 2

I painted the above in Procreate, on iPad.
Can you find the whales sliding quietly under the ghostly sailboat?

All this started when I downloaded 5 new color pallets and fell in love with the one called
Neon Lights. I loved the neo blue, but decided to change it to black and white in Insta Toon App.

I picked the neon blue and painted with different brushes on the canvas and chose the water brush.
I added stars and a moon chose a sailboat  photo I took in 2002, with my first digital camera, a 3 mp camera.
photo and edit in Lunapic by MadSnapper at Longboat Key Florida 2002

while creating this 2nd post, my computer did an update to EDGE and I stopped to see what they changed and found that now we can type instructions in the Edge address bar to create images. See below how to use Edge now

how to if you have EDGE and the desire to know

I tried again and got the below from EDGE AI

Sunday Selfie of a dim bulb

I sat staring at my nook light bulbs and since I had the phone in my hand put it on 2 toned black and white setting on Insta toon app and took a few pics.
While taking the photos I noticed DUST covering all TEN light bulbs. I might not be the brightest bulb in the box, and most likely I am a dim bulb, I hate dusting and now I wiped them clean with microfiber and a few days later it was BACK...
What was I thinking?
I know all lightbulbs attract dust.
I still love my light bulbs and everything in the nook.
All of you light up my life, thanks a watt for reading this post.
I love you all, watts and watts

the Happy Whisk, thank you for your email comment.
You have such a bright and wonderful energy about you and I don’t even know if you know that about yourself.
we never know how much our words can lift  other spirits up..

Don't be afraid to shine, spread your light where ever you go.

I love my light bulbs

I do a lot of staring at the nook. I am IN LOVE with my new lightbulb strings of Fairy Lights.
The two above I tooke with my Samsung Cell phone and the ones below I pulled up Insta-Toon App and kept changing the filters taking photos.

I have a question. Can anyone tell me how to put these portrait photos side by side on the post,
NOTE I am taking Sat/Sunday off from blog land. I have appts 1/2 day on Monday and am not feeling 100 %, my vertigo is about 95 % OK, I am able to walk the dog and do some housework but spent most of the day in bed on Friday.
We have doc appts for bob with orthopedic doctor, on Thursday because he just can't walk, and another on Friday for echocardiogram and LIFE is stressing me out.

Will be back on Tuesday to tell you how my visit goes.
I have a 9 to 12, neuropsychological assessment with a Phycologist on Monday.
I AM STRESSED about that about bob and life in general

Haha, the more stress I feel the more photos I take.... LOOK OUT

Accidental Art?? on Caturday Art

I glanced down at the screen and saw the photo, above left. Stepped to chair, propped feet on stool and Snap and Snap and Accidental Art appeared.

I had opened the insta toon app on iPhone when the accidental photo appeared, 3 snaps and a 4th to get what I had intended to get. A Christmas card from Ginny sitting under my Mary, Joseph, and Baby on donkey, a gift from my son and his wife almost 30 years ago.

THURSDAY Morning Work Out! make that OUCH!

I pulled everything out of 5 cabinets and two drawers and cleaned and tossed and organized. On the counter above is what was in the cabinet below.
I forgot the before shot. this is the after.
See the 3 coffee cans? each had a 2 lb bag of corn meal, flour, almond flour. I took those 3 bags in the big flour container below top shelf. In Florida we have bug problems if you leave a bag sitting out on a shelf.

I found I had enough mustard for the next 2 years, and Zero Catsup ( major if married to Bob). Four Applesauce. most of this the result of 2020 habits formed of buy now it might not be on the shelf the next time, and hurricane supplies. I pondered just how long two people could live on MUSTARD?
Did I mention 5 large boxes of Saltines? 3 jars of mayo, 1 REAL mayo 2 Vegan Mayo which is a year's supply unless of course we put mayo and mustard on the crackers for the hurricane.
Please do not be concerned. there were also 5 jars of Peanut Butter. 3 of Jif for Bob, 2 of all natural for me. Beau shares the Jif.

3 bags of flour 1 container I thought this was clever enough to warrant its own photo to show how clever I am. It doesn't count that it is so heavy that I can't pick it up and will be there next year to toss out.

Below is the cabinet on the opposite side that some idiot designed as the largest cabinet in the kitchen with a tiny door and 1/2 of it not accessible except for a gymnast. The stool was needed because the same idiot designer, made the cabinets too high for a normal person to reach without fear for her life using them.
I must keep the things I use rarely at the back where they can't be seen resulting in buying another because I can't see it, and the edges are full of the glass bottles that break if dropped because it's the only one that holds tall bottles.
I wish I could be in the room with the person who built and installed these cabinets. Like the tiny one over the fridge, that I can't reach even standing on the sturdy stool and I don't dare stand on the tiny 3 step LADDER because then I would not need to reach there from my bed with a leg in traction.

I now have 4 extra dog bowls left over from angels gone over the rainbow bridge, and a 6 drink can thermal thingy (never used except hurricanes), bottles of cleaning vinegar and 5-gallon jugs of hurricane water. Object/items removed from that cabinet require a chair from the kitchen table because I can't.
 A. see it B. reach it
and if I sat on the stool, it would require EMS to come and get me up off it. Note: it has a handle to hold on but only on one side.
Are you picking up what I am putting down?
PS for David G... I ordered that stool from AMAZON, Not Walmart! my other STORE I mention way too much.

Dear Diary

Dear Diary, on Tuesday 8/22/2023, two weeks before my 79th Birthday, I the MadSnapper, did the following Manual Labor.
Walked Beau and at 7:15 handed him his peanut butter bone, leaving him happy on the living room carpet, I went outside to Cut the grass path and the grass in the back yard using the MANUAL gas-powered lawn mower. Bob did the front yard.
I confess, he cranked the mower for me...but last time I did crank the lawn mower all by myself.
I then Swept the messy grass/dirt cuttings off the deck and off the driveway using the above MANUAL but NOT a push broom and then pushed the MANUAL carpet sweeper over the 600 sq feet of carpet to pick up the grass cuttings I tracked in the house.
Tomorrow Beau and I walk the path I made for us; we have walked it since Oct 13th, 2020.

I asked AI for an illustration of an old woman pushing a lawnmower. I removed the word old and look what I got. AI needs to get with the new world of old women in capris, leggings and t-shirts.
I wonder how old AI is????

PS this was the other Woman, at least we KNOW AI IS MALE
It looks like she may have cut her left foot off with the mower and is really strong because she is pushing the mower with NO HANDS.

News Flash! and a rabbit hole

I clicked log out after paying bills online, and Edge Browser came up with Guess what, we have added more to your browser. Want to Learn?

one hour later....

I got to the last page of what is NEW, and it said, would you like to try Read this page Aloud ?

Duh! options were Push down on screen, choose to read aloud, or use CTRL shift U and

I looked at the choice on Push down and then chose the 2nd option and a loud woman voice was reading loudly while I listened to all the instructions on how to use read aloud.

They forgot to tell me how to MAKE HER STOP! I chose to hit Ctrl W, which closes the browser and she stopped.

My mind went to Wow! this is great for people who have sight problems, I ran down that rabbit hole in my head and thought, I can type without looking but how would I find the ctrl shift keys, which led to racing in the living room to grab the iPhone and take a photo of the keyboard. I tried closing my eyes and typing blind. I was right, no idea where the ctrl shift was.

I turned on the little desk lamp, and through the camera lens I saw DUST, grabbed the can of air, blasted off the dust, and forgot to hold the plastic straw, it blasted papers all over the floor from the desk and led to the hunt for the little red straw and picking up papers.

Meanwhile, time had fled, I took more photos and typed this nonsense and found I had spent 75 minutes doing nothing that mattered.

Total time spent on paying bills and nonsense play time, 3 hours. I did learn how to use 3D on

insta toon app, I found new things on Edge Browser, I bent and stooped to clean up the mess I made with the can of air, and that counts as exercise, right?

Which reminds me, I paid 7.95 cents for a CAN of AIR... that was 3 months ago. I could keep going but half of you are not still reading anyway.

MAD CHATTER

I opened the above cabinet to put 3 containers with lids where they reside.
the resulting catastrophe had me wanting to hide.
A lid fell and hit my head, the other bounced from my arm to the floor.
I realized the cabinet would hold no more.
Quickly I pulled everything out.
and started to move them all about.
I removed the bad and the ugly, leaving only the good.
I stacked and I stacked until they all sat moored.
I tossed all else in the trash and thought I was done.
While taking the photo, I thought OH NO!
those two big containers are perfectly good, but the lids are a mess,
I started to feel a little stress.
Suddenly

I thought I was done, I had this idea,
I opened the cabinet over the stove, removed all things putting there and here.
I fought to open the drawer full of utensils that makes me say words I don't want you to hear.
I cleaned and I scrubbed and tossed things away,
Sitting spices in one, and utensil in the other, I tossed the lids in the trash and there they stay
I realized I it took two hours to put 3 containers away,
then I thought take photos and go play.
