This meal was a HUGE hit this week!
My family loves Beef Stroganoff so I make it often, but always in the crockpot.
When I found this "one-pot" recipe, I jumped on it.
It was delicious!!!

½ cup diced yellow or white onion
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried minced onions
3 cups water
4 cups egg noodles, uncooked
1 cup frozen peas
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup cream
½ cup sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot or skillet, saute the diced onions in olive oil on medium heat until soft
Add the grown beef, break up with a spoon, and cook until brown
Add the garlic, salt and pepper
Add the water and egg noodles, cover and cook on high heat until noodles are soft
Stir in the peas, minced onions and paprika
Reduce heat to medium, and stir in the cream, sour cream and Dijon mustard
Let simmer until sauce starts to thicken, serve, and enjoy!
Recently, I've been finding lots of "one-pot" recipes.
Typically my go-to meal is a crockpot one, but these one-pot meals are quickly gaining points with me. If you have a good one-pot recipe to share, email it to me here
