But I gave it one last try and Casper rallyed up to the task even though he didn't care for the hat to much to wish all of you a Very Happy and Blessed New Year.

Well, it does look like Cleo just might be getting herself in trouble.

Casper's first Christmas

OUR 300th POST

Cleo, how come you didn't get in the big box??
This one is just fine for taking my bath in.

Casper here:

Mom got a new computer. I sure hope she talks nicer to this

one than the older one. The power supply was going out

and it was always freezing up. She is wondering why us

cats wouldn't get in the big box. We saw that flashy thing

sitting beside her waiting for us to hop in. Hee hee we

played in it at nighttime when Mom was asleep. Cleo

here is giving her the privilage of using her flashy thing on her.

Mom went Shopping

Mom went shopping. She saw this cute dress and thought Cleo would look really cute in it. Only thing is Mom didn't get the right size. Don't know what was wrong with her. She said it would take the smallest size to fit a cat. Boy, was she wrong! She came home and put it on Cleo. Way to small. It looked like an ascot around Cleo's neck

Mom immediately went in the living room and tried it on Patches. You can see how it looks on her.
Then she decided the other day to go up to the neighbor's house and disturb one of her kittens. Well, she struck gold there. IT FIT. But as you can see, Missy stuck her tongue out at Mom. She said Mom had no right to disturb her nap to try this thing on her. Mom was happy that she finally found some one who could wear it. The moral of this story is: Please Mom make sure you are getting the right size. Casper

Justified by Faith

Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace

with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom

Lazy Sunday

Gizmo and I are giving Mom the evil eye cause she is so busy on the computer she won't either let me post or let us go outside. But eventually she took a break and let us go outside now she is letting me post. She is busy getting her Christmas cards and Christmas letter done. She likes to get them out early and be done with it. Mom says that's one of her favorite things of Christmas is getting cards and hearing from others that corresponds just once a year. She has half of them done now. Mom likes Christmas but not the month of December cause their are four birthdays along with Christmas presents. But Mom seems to manage each year. Well guess I will take my nap now. Bye.

A Flower of the Field

As for man, his days are like grass. As a

flower of the field, he flourishes. For the wind

Begging to go Outside.

Yes, this was taken the same picture shoot

as the picture of Cleo. Mom did let us go

outside. Yep, I was begging too. This

time it was Cleo's meow that did the trick.

Mad Cat

You better let me out or else!!!

Mom here: The cats were begging for me to let them go outside and I decided that it would be a good time to take pictures as I had their attention. When I got this one on the computer and could see what I got I busted out laughing at this pic. Gosh, she looks mean. She was meowing at me.

Revenge of the Oak Trees

Mom calls this the revenge of the Oak Trees. They sure have been coming down like crazy. They pound on the roof and air conditioner and make a racket. One just missed Cleo when we were outside. Mom got hit by one and said "Ouch."
This is what they look like all in a pile. This is from just one tree. And there are a lot of Oak trees around here. Dad got rid of this pile then he decided to blow acorns off the roof. I would think he would think of that before cleaning up the first pile. Anyhow he got another pile just like this one and it's off the same tree. Mom has been raking loads of them out of our back yard. Mom says there is a saying around here when the Oak trees have a lot of Acorns

there is going to be a hard winter. Guess we will see. So far it has been sunny and warm. Just right for me to lay in the sun. Casper

Mom, thought I might keep warmer with

this on as it's getting colder now and she

knows I like to keep warm. She thinks I

might have a bit of arthritis in my hind

legs because of the way I walk in cold

weather. I don't like it on me though.

Yep, she had it off in about five minutes.

Perfecter of Faith

Casper Again

Mom is at it again!!! Only thing is she didn't use

the flashy thing on the camera this time so I didn't

mind getting my picture taken. Don't know

why she wants so many pictures of me, guess she

thinks I'm cute or something. She's always

calling me her sweetie. Ahhh, you say that to

all the kitties.

Sunny and Sleepy Sunday

It sure does feel good to stretch out in the sun

for a change. So nice and warm. There is suppose

to be some rain coming in next week so guess

I should take advantage of this good stuff

Jesus Our High Priest

Vishus Deer

The other day Cleo was looking through the window

and she was hissing, growling, spitting and making

a big racket. I looked out the window and there

was the Palomino cat again. I went and scared it away

so Cleo would calm down. Gee, guess she thinks

the Palomino cat is more vishus than the deer???
