Watering mushrooms

A new month and we're lucky to have The Paper Shelter sponsoring us at Outlawz Sketch for June.

The image has been coloured with Copics, I've then framed it with some black card.

Here's our sketch for the next two weeks

I've used some more black card for the back ground and used design paper from StudioLight.

Instead of a ribbon and embellies like the sketch I decided to use my mushroom die strip to go with the image :)

Thank for popping by today, we hope we see you at the challenge

One for Dad

I've used Taking Pics (you can find it here in my shop) to create my Father's Day card.  I'll be giving it to my dad later today :)

I've coloured the image with Copics.  The sentiment you can see I've created at the time of printing.  The images has been framed with some black card.  I've three tiny silver dragonfly beads which I found on Amazon and some camera strip from Tim Holtz.

The design papers are from First Edition, their new watercolour ones :)
Thanks for taking a look today

Father's Day

What a rush!  I've just managed to get this card done in time.  I was on hols last week in the Lake District and took some images to colour.  This was one of them Fathers Day From Daughter from Robin Pushay.  The sentiment was a forethought and I created it at the time of printing the image.

I've coloured the image with ProMarkers and polychromos pencils.

I knew I'd have to make it a CAS card so I could do it quickly when I got home.
I've cute the image with a Spellbinders die to get the stitched curve.  I couldn't get the curve in quite the right place so I had to hand cut then punch the dots at the very bottom.  I've added three sequins to add a bit of interest.  The design paper I've mounted it onto is from Lemoncraft

Now just to get ready and go see my dad!
