Thought I would put together a group photo before selling these, but realized I can't find Dr. Ian Malcolm. Wish they would have done a few more characters. 

Custom Road Warrior Vehicles

After watching several Mad Max movies, and collecting the Tonka Steel Monster figures, I decided to buy some cheap Jurassic World vehicles which I plan to customize into Road Warrior vehicles. They look the part, don't they.

It's been cool that Mattel has been releasing 1:18 scale figures of some of the original movies. Finally, we get Samuel L. Jackson as Ray Arnold.

Jurassic Park Vinyl Carrying Cases?

Well, kind of. I consolidated my JP figures and put them in one of my Plano boxes, but then found a spare Kenner Star Wars carrying case tray. I've said it many times...I wish companies would manufacture vintage style carrying cases. I especially like the art work. Super7 did some great ones for Alien and He-Man.

Jurassic Park - Kitchen Encounter Scene Pack

I already had a Tim figure from another Jurassic Park Tyrannasaurus Escape playset, so was happy to see Lex released in this set, which recreates the iconic kitchen scene in the first Jurassic Park. So awesome.

Dinosaurs of the Wild Wst

In honor of the Jurassic World: Dominion release, I present you with these dinosaurs of the wild west.  A few years ago a coworker of mine pointed me to a book published via Kickstarter, Dinosaurs of the Wild West by Shaun Keenan. Mr. Keenan does black and white drawings/paintings of life in the wild west if dinosaurs was around. It is so fun.

Anyway, I've been wanting to do this for awhile - I combined my Chicken Fried Toys Dime Novel Legends western figures with my Mattel Jurassic World dinosaurs along with some Schleich dinosaurs.

I had so much fun doing this. Posted a bunch on my instagram as well.  Will be doing more of this when I set up my Playmobil western town and fort. I converted the color photos into black and whites.
