Like The Early Days

We just had to buy Kukki´s soup - look at that tin! Cool style, huh? You can choose English, even!! It´ll tell you "What's the matter with it, you'll know it here" - the Logo suggests we´re all Cowboys and Trekkers, exploring the New Land, no?!

Oddly enough the place where you can get those "homemade" soups and also stay overnight(s) is called "Harzhaus Elend" ... Harzhaus, ok. The house is situated in the Harz-Mountains.
But Elend?! That´s the town´s name... ummm... "Elend" also means "misery/distress".
(Does that say anything about that place in the first (and last) place?)

I´d rather be like Moe Szyslak who changed his name to "Moe" so it fits to the tavern!

Anyhows... was yummy:

... that added sausage was necessary, though.

Hmmmmm.
This is the first time I am alone in this apartment for hours!
Yesterday Ingo had to work longer, so I was alone here for half an hour.

Today he has to attend a Company-Christmas-Party in Wolfenbüttel. So... my first evening alone. Feels odd!

Did anyone really dance?! So far low-pressure area Petra spared this area - THANKS! (haha, guess what my dear friend with that name got sent links with newspaper-titles like this one today: Germany is looking in anxiety at low-pressure area Petra ;-)

No, really, Mum and Bro both called/texted me if I´d arrived home safely from Wolfsburg - they nearly knocked over when I told them I went to the gym by bike :-)

The main cyclepaths are more or less free. The rest I either pushed or... a-hem... drove (slowly!) on the sidewalk.

Please dance some more, k? In the early days, sun-dances always worked, right?
(Gotta come back to the post-title, no?)
