bukan demam Master Chef


teringin plak me nak beli buku resepi terbaru by Chef Hanieliza....dulu2 me suka download her recipe from forum cari malaysia.com....

me dh belek2 pun buku tu...tajuk 1 hari 1 resepi--so ada dlm 365 resipi dlm buku tu..harga RM40....and ada plak lucky draw..buku tu sgt kalerful, ada step by step guide, hard cover...memang siyes me terjatuh chenta...

dh tanda pun..me nak beli later ;)

note : tiba2 dtg angin pus2 semangat nak masak2 heheh

Semangat tu...

ari tu masa singgah kat Borders kat the Gardens, MV, me ternampak buku ni....


belek2, terjatuh chenta, sbb ada byk resipi yg me suka nak cuba ....so terus rembat lah, harga RM5.50 ajer pun --tak tebal pun tapi besh sbb kalerful and ada step by step....yg penting SEMANGAT nak MEMASAK tu..


ni antara yg menarik perhatian...belum pernah try pun msk benda2 ni...


me tau, kalau google pun ada ribu2 resepi, tapi me suka lagi pegang in book form, boleh belek2 and simpan kat book shelf :)

happy monday uolls! me nak kena siapkan power point utk lecture esok :)

Jom masak creamy mushroom soup versi sempoi tapi lazat and cepat!!

ada few blogger frens yg mintak me share resepi creamy mushroom soup...
resepi asal me dpt dari my fren nama farizah@cikinur, kwn me kat notts ni yg terer msk...
masa mula2 me try buat, terlebih pekat, (sbb terlebih tepung jagung)
2nd time, sedikit masin
3rd time baru betul2 jd...it takes passions, trial & errors in cooking :p

jom tgk mcm mana me campak2 then jd mushroom soup (chef wan suka guna term campak2..me suka tgk rancangan mask2 kalau chef wan yg jd host nya ;p)

bahan2..
 mushroom, bwh besar, fresh milk, sedikit black pepper, majerin/butter utk menumis, sedikit garam, kiub ayam dan sedikit garam

mula2, potong bwg

potong cendawan

tumis bwg, guna butter utk tumis2 tu, biar naik bau, kalau kering sgt letak susu sikit (tak mau kasi hangit tumis2 tu),

then masukkan separuh dari cendawan yg telah dipotong..kacau2 biar sebati bhn2 tu

then masukkan ke dlm blender, blend tumisan bwg + cendawan tadi dgn susu segar



then masukkan balik ke dlm periuk, masukkan susu,
pepper-jgn byk sgt nanti pedas/tak sedap,
kiub ayam
dan juga baki cendawan yg telah dipotong2

masukkan garam sedikit bg cun rasa
biar mendidih sambil dikacau2..agar cendawan separa hancur.

done!!
sedap di mkn dgn roti baguette/garlic bread, or hirup soup sajer pun ok.

senang kan!!
kalau cair sgt, boleh letak sedikit tepung jagung, tp me tak letak pun..
