Peugeot Malaysia's 'Gimme More' campaign rewards 308 Turbo to winner

Nasim Sdn Bhd, the official distributor of the Peugeot brand in Malaysia, recently handed over a 308 Turbo to the winner of the Peugeot 207 'Gimme More' campaign.
Lim Hui Min
received the 308 Turbo at a handover ceremony at Peugeot Puchong from
Dato’ Samson Anand George, COO of Nasim. Hui Min was
chosen the winner amongst 435 entrants in the 'Gimme More' campaign
that ran from July - December 2011. Her winning slogan was:: “I love the Peugeot 207 because it brings back the joy of driving!”
The IT
consultant, who purchased her 207 in Sept last year, said she came up
with her slogan during a massive traffic situation, onboard her newly
purchased 207. "I was
stuck in a jam and the idea came to my mind. I like the stability and
smoothness of the 207. I didn’t think I would win and it was a pleasant
surprise." Hui Min would continue to adore her 207, while her lucky husband would inherit the 308 Turbo, thanks to his spouse.
The participants who purchased a 207 or a 207SV during the stipulated 'Gimme More' period were required to answer three questions and complete a slogan to be in the running for the Grand Prize of a 308 Turbo. Of the 435 entries, a total of 50 winners were picked for the grand prize and a host of interesting prizes. Other prizes included iPad2s and exclusive Peugeot merchandise.
“The Peugeot
207 Gimme More campaign is a way to thank our customers who have
purchased a 207 or 207SV. At the same time, this campaign gave us a
chance to see just how creative our customers are in describing what
they like the most of the 207. It
wasn’t easy picking the 50 winners and judging by the response we
received, there are many proud 207 owners,” Samson described the judges'
decisions.
note : some slogans are very simple, no need to use bombastic words...slogan is truly subjective anyway...
