La historia detrás de este tema:

La esposa de Hal Prince, Judy, es una entrañable amiga de Stephen Sondheim. Stephen estaba en casa de los Prince enseñándole a Hal una canción que estaba terminando para Company. Le dijo a Hal que no pensaba terminarla porque no entraba bien en la obra. "Tenes razón," dijo Hal, "Revela demasiado." Judy, que estaba escuchando la conversación de ambos, dijo: "No me importa si cabe en la obra o no. Es una canción fabulosa!"

Cuando Hal pensaba que regalarle para navidad, decidió llamar a Harry Nilsson y grabarle un simple a su mujer. Así se revela el misterio de quien es "Judy" a la cual se nombra al final del disco.
