This is the best I can find for this episode but more and better on the way.

Pepsi: Space Travel - print advert (2008)
Reckless, sugar-junkie spaceman jeopardises mission and betrays the trust of his fellow astronauts and the respected space administration that trained him in order to fulfil the sick desires of space obsessed nerd intent on experiencing space travel without first going through the correct vetting and training programme
One of a series of ill-considered adverts by PepsiCo that managed to offend not just space enthusiasts but also truck drivers and most the female population of the northern hemisphere.
And here we all were thinking we could set our moral compasses by the bearings of a Fortune 500 multinational food and beverage corporation
Would it be too satirical to ask where the trust has gone?

Doctor Who - Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead (2008)
Noted as the first (or is that the last) appearance of River Song, this 2 part Doctor Who story also gave us the Vashta Nerada.
The Vashta Nerada are a microscopic swarm creature, indistinguishable from shadow that happen to have a taste for flesh. Capable of stripping a victim to the bone in seconds, if your wearing a space suit and they get in then you have a very good chance of ending up looking like this.

And if that's not bad in enough, when they're gathered in sufficient number, they manifest a hive mind and come lumbering after you in a very spooky way.
Its a couple of the finest episodes of new who you'll ever see so go and have a varda at the Vashta Nerada.Steve

Die Schneider Krankheit (2008)
In this short Spanish film by Javier Cillon, a Soviet space ship has crashed in West Germany. The only passenger is a cosmonaut chimpanzee who spreads a deadly virus all over the country. Its a black and white mockumentry that captures the 1950's style with aplomb. And that's about all you need to know really.
