Confluence is great for its simplicity , I've used as a software engineer for understanding project requirements . It is very much user friendly and helps to minimize the overall setup time required for some similar documentation tools. Some of the pages reload a lot and take time especially if they have some videos dispute a faster inter in use.

The fact that you can cover a lot of work within the platform without alternating between other platforms. I used to use it everyday before we changed platforms.
