Confluence is great for its simplicity , I've used as a software engineer for understanding project requirements . It is very much user friendly and helps to minimize the overall setup time required for some similar documentation tools. What I like best about Confluence is how effortlessly it brings teams together when it comes to organizing and sharing information. Some of the pages reload a lot and take time especially if they have some videos dispute a faster inter in use.

SOPs in Confluence included escalation paths, telling you which team to forward issues to. Avoided delays and misrouted tickets during troubleshooting.

The fact that you can cover a lot of work within the platform without alternating between other platforms. I used to use it everyday before we changed platforms. The customer support is very friendly and they assist you wherever they can. It is easy to implement on Confluence unlike some other platforms. It's easy to integrate on Confluence.
