"Great tool for documenting , Knowledge sharing sessions(KSS), Demo purposes and many more."
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence is great for its simplicity , I've used as a software engineer for understanding project requirements . It is very much user friendly and helps to minimize the overall setup time required for some similar documentation tools. Being project manager also , it is very easier to make documentation regarding projects like requirements, validations, data integrity and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Downside or not quite good about confluence is its search functionality . Search functionality is not that engaging and great while finding words , phrases on the document. Also there could be more control on data redundancy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for collaboration, but has room to improve."
What do you like best about Confluence?

What I like best about Confluence is how effortlessly it brings teams together when it comes to organizing and sharing information. It’s super easy to create clean, structured pages, and I appreciate how everything is searchable—no more digging through emails or folders to find what I need. The integration with tools like Jira also makes tracking project updates a breeze. It genuinely helps keep everyone on the same page, especially in fast-moving projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

One thing I dislike about Confluence is that the editing experience can sometimes feel a bit clunky, especially when multiple people are working on the same page. There are occasional formatting glitches, and some basic layout options take more steps than expected. Also, the permission settings can be a little confusing at times—it takes a bit of trial and error to get them just right. That said, it’s still a solid tool overall. "One of the Best Online Data base"
What do you like best about Confluence?

Easy to integrate with other Software and websites making it easier to access with one click to the right page, reduce the time of screeching and look for some details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Some of the pages reload a lot and take time especially if they have some videos dispute a faster inter in use.

- The access and permissions are not optimized and secure to a great level, making it easier for any members to edit and delete some data and pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tier-1 Monitoring and RCA Using Confluence"
What do you like best about Confluence?

1.Centralized Knowledge Base:

All Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) were stored and maintained in one place. No guesswork — everyone had access to the same procedures for consistent analysis making it easy to implement.

2. Consistent and Repeatable Processes:

Confluence ensured that every analyst followed the same diagnostic protocol. Reduced the risk of errors or missteps during high-pressure production incidents. Since it was a guide book for Analysts, it was frequently used.

3. Efficient Cross-Team Communication:

SOPs in Confluence included escalation paths, telling you which team to forward issues to. Avoided delays and misrouted tickets during troubleshooting.

4. Live Updates & Collaborative Editing:

You could edit or create new SOPs as new sensors or systems were introduced. Easy to keep documentation current as infrastructure evolved.

5.Transparency & Audit Trail:

Changes to SOPs were version-controlled and documented. Helped in compliance and continuous improvement discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

1. Search Limitations:

Confluence’s built-in search at times were slow or inaccurate, especially when SOPs are long or nested under multiple page levels.

2.Outdated or Inconsistent SOPs:

If teams forget to update the SOPs after changes in infrastructure or tooling, the docs can became misleading or obsolete.

3.Poor Page Organization:

With SOPs for every team, Confluence spaces can become cluttered with redundant or poorly tagged pages, making navigation confusing.

4.Permissions Delays

Sometimes, you need to request access or wait on others to approve changes, which slows down documentation improvements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Confluence?

Ease of use. Using Confluence on day to day basis. Multiple users can edit and view at same time. Document management and colloboration between various teams. It can be integrated with Jira and Teams as well which helps to access and simplify things. Documenting SOPs and sharing over to team was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Beginners can find it difficult as interface can be confusing at the beginning. Documenting SOPs sometimes lags and need to review and submit twice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ability to centralize knowledge and enhance collaboration across departments."
What do you like best about Confluence?

What I like most about Confluence is how it helps keep all our team’s information in one place. It’s easy to create and share documents, and everyone can work on the same page at the same time. I also like how it connects with Jira, so we can link our tasks directly to the documents we’re working on. The templates are helpful for things like meeting notes or project plans, and the version history lets us go back and see who changed what. Overall, it makes working together and staying organized much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

What I dislike about Confluence is that it can be hard to navigate, especially when there are a lot of pages and spaces. Sometimes it’s difficult to find the exact page looking for unless you remember the title or where it’s located. The formatting options also feel limited compared to other tools like Notion or Google Docs, which offer more flexibility in design and layout. Managing permissions can get confusing too, especially when you have many users and need to control who can see or edit specific pages. Lastly, it can be a bit slow at times, especially when loading large pages or when many people are using it at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A central hub for documentation and team collaboration"
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence makes it super easy to create, organize, and collaborate on documentation in real-time. The integration with Jira and other Atlassian tools is seamless, which makes it perfect for Agile workflows. I also love the rich editing features, templates, and version history that help keep content structured and traceable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Sometimes the UI feels a bit clunky, especially when navigating large spaces or searching across multiple pages. Performance can be slow with large documents, and the permission settings can be confusing for new users. It could use better analytics or page engagement tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
