I'm a 35 year old boomer - 170 cm 47 kg, leanbulking to 55 since I'm skinnyfat at any weight down to 44 kg.

Sophie Reid is my blueprint. She lean bulked from 42 to 55 kg over 2.5 years at an intake of 2600-3200 kcal/d. She did a 2370 kcal mini-cut.

My TDEE is 1530-1670... her "cut" is my dirty bulk.

I need a routine to hit a 100kg bench. I'm stuck at 90kg for months now, but thus far i've been doing it once a week with some machines/dumbbells as supplements in other days. What's the optimal way?

Going to physical therapy soon what should I expect? I felt a pop in my lower spine in November and it hasn’t been the same since. Have barely lifted since and been losing what little gains I actually had. I tried doing McGill big 3, back extension holds, hip mobility exercises, etc but I’m still pretty much locked out from leg and ab exercises.
I got it checked out at the spine doctor and after doing an x ray he said it was just a lumbar strain and 6-8 weeks of PT should fix my issues. I’m pretty skeptical because it’s been over 3 months, plus there was a pop.

Try Jefferson curls, my physiotherapist prescribed those for me when I had similar issue at lower back. Just don't be retarded and keep the weight LIGHT and movement slow. Single 5-7kg Dumbbell is perfectly fine
