Hi, anyone that has used GoToGate can share their experience?

Yesterday I booked a flight with them from Europe to Canada for 23 may with Condor airlines and the problem is that both their websites fucking sucks.

GoToGate gave me the ref code (Which on the condor website is the check in number) to use on the Condor website and it seem it works since on the Condor website i got my booking number. I also submitted my API on the Condor website.

I can't see my ticket (Maybe not enough time has passed since I did it only yesterday?) but from what I understand I only need my booking number to get on the plane (And the check in number to check in ofc).

Is everything alright? Sorry for the dumb question but it's my first time traveling in general.

I booked with gotogage last trip and Singapore airlines changes my flight home. Singapore airlines absolutely will not help you change it and you can't use their website. Gotogatr is all Indians where you're on hold for hours and they can barely speak english and hang up on you constantly they refuse to help
I spent a whole month on the phone ruined my holiday trying to get gotogate to just fix the issue put me on next flight they would just hang up on me in the end and refuse to do it
Then they marked my flight from Singapore home as no show despite the fact they wouldn't book my new flight from Philippines to Singapore. Ended up getting a new flight home fully paid by me and then travel insurance said the problem is with gotogate they refused to pay out.
Never book anything with third parties ever again in my life

It is the most shooting fish in a barrel environment with non-p4p women possibly in all of Asia.

I live in Shanghai and travel all manner of T1-T88 cities throughout the year. My experience is undoubtedly skewed by being fluent in Mandarin, but I also dont think that matters *that* much for the experience of a short term visitor in a city where a short term visitor would be, anyways.

I'd agree with what I think your point is, that things aren't quite as easy as pre covid, but its a pretty marginal difference imo

Belgium is a similarly overhated country for a different reason. Everyone has this idea that Belgium and Belgian people are boring but if you visit it's cozy as fuck, the people are chill and love to daydrink and they have local events on 24/7 in the summertime and fall. It's more chill and laid back than the Netherlands or Germany but more efficient and functional than France, Italy, Spain etc.

File: Tunnel.jpg (4.94 MB, 5184x3888)

I was doing a road trip in the southeastern US (I think I was in Georgia heading towards Helen) when it was getting close to sunset. One of the stops I had picked along the way was an abandon railroad tunnel that I had bookmarked on Google Maps. I was cutting it kind of close to sunset, but I wanted to get a few shots of it on my camera.
I turned of the main road and went down a narrow dirt road. I actually missed the trailhead the first time since everything around it was overgrown. Anyway, got out of my car and walked to it.
Well, I underestimated how long the trail was, so by the time I got close to the tunnel, it was twilight. I stopped in front of it to where I could get the whole thing in frame and took a photo. I didn't get much closer to it because I couldn't really see all that far ahead of me with my cheap flashlight and I just got an awful feeling something could be in the tunnel or on the mountainside. Being a railroad tunnel, it was massive and the bottom was covered in still water. The creepiest thing was that there was a steady flow of cold air coming out of the tunnel. I took a few pictures of it and then headed back to my car.
I had my flashlight and gun on me but it wasn't a fun hike back. The trail cut through a thick patch of 10-12 foot tall brush where I didn't have a sight line further than five feet, so I was scared a bear would be there and I wouldn't have much time to react. I was really happy to reach my car.

>>

If you're American the trick is speak louder. They do understand english but you have to repeat yourself louder and louder until they get it. Sometimes it takes a few tries. It's easier to do when you're in a little store or restaurant or on the train
For your trash as there's no trash cans they have curb side pickup every few hours you can literally just toss your empty cans and wrappers on the street it will be taken care of automatically. Truly futuristic

>As a Malaysian, I really don't understand foreigners obsession with our country.
I don't hate Malaysia for what it is. I just cannot stand the hype it gets or the people who will constantly get ultra offended if you compare malaysia to whatever else in SEA or DARE compare it to the usa. For real some of your infrastructure is neat but it's Korea-tier facade for lack of anything fun unless you live there or willing to 100% dive into the culture head to toe.

Maybe I met the wrong malaysians every single time over the year but people in my age range 24-34 i guess whatever gen that is, suck absolute balls. Get offended because the tall building they have I said "yeah reminds me of that half life 2 thing"; or If I say I want a bacon double cheeseburger from fiveguys in the mall and not their local street/rooftop place I get told how it's much cheaper and better and how I am missing out on extremely good quality food and they take high offense if I say no thanks.

Like seriously what is it with Malaysians not being able to take no or "I'll pass" as an answer, they seem to take it like a personal insult. Don't get me started on those 24hr restorans, yes I know they exist yes I know they are cheap no I don't give a fuck they are there I want to eat in something with fucking AC
>>
>>2877365
I prefer Borneo and it's undevelopedness (and I mean REALLY undeveloped roads and infrastructure) lends to it's charm as well as the untouched nature and friendly locals. I do think anyone going to Malaysia to have that first world vacation experience is going to have a boring time though. I never find anyone raving about the malls after a few days for instance.
>>
>>2878220
Were you talking to Malays online? Personal experience differs wildly, talk to any non-Malay about the state of the country and they'll go full blackpill on the corruption and racism and overall retardation of their government. Mind you they absolutely love their country, or the idea of what their country should be, but there's no way some online shitter will get defensive about Muslim policies unless they're one themselves.
>>

Like people say Americans are chatty but its always just superficial and truthfully most females my age don't even bother to hold conversations when approach and just give bitchy scowls, whereas I have had many succesful cold approaches in the various European places I have visited

If you had exp you would know it's not easier while traveling, if you cant get any at home you got skill issued. Especially if you're from a western country that has a lot of foreign girls
>>
>>2881914
I'm Canadian but live in Europe for nearly a decade now, slept with about 30 women before getting married. CANZAC women are the worst, they are very cynical and wary of any romantic gestures that genuinely come from the heart but still want you to make them. In a way, Americans and Europeans share this kind of endearing naive optimism that makes them easier to date because you can genuinely woo them. I hate American accents though, I don't know if I could ever be with one for more than a night.

European women are a bit easier to date if you're a white foreigner because you break the matrix of their country's dating conventions. If you were from their own country they might not even consider dating you because you're from the wrong social class, don't have the right job, not from the same region or town etc. This makes dating Europeans much much easier because they won't just automatically rule you out as incompatible. The same is true of Europeans who move to the US and can date outside of their league just because they're foreigners.

Also for the same reason, European women are interested in the idea of a green card as a backdoor option but they won't chase an American just to get a visa (also a tip: every single European woman dreams of visiting Manhattan, promise a French or Spanish chick you will take them there on holiday and it would be like promising an American girl to fly her into Paris).

Out of all of them I would say that Irish women are top tier. They're pretty feminist as a whole but once they enter a long term relationship they transform into tradwives overnight without even thinking about it. They will cook for you, clean for you, do your laundry and want to start making babies ASAP. Southern Europeans and French are a lot more difficult to handle but worth it if you can keep up with their inane drama.
>>
>>2882396
this is cap. american and canadian women are the same. a little bit better than ozzie but not much. new zealand is better though
>>
>>2882400
You have the option for p4p and decent Seeking in places like Perth in Aussieland, also I know manlet mutts that have been to Australia and they said it was better than than in the US. I still firmly believe US is the worst out of any country for social life and dating.
>>
>>2882482
if you count the foreigners oz and canada are top tier. US is mid post trump because trump gassed all of the exchange students and h1b waifus
Muslim countries are way worse than the US for dating. The suburbs and shit suck but US is alright in the cities
