Today's various progress include
* Salamander Army:
5 troops fully painted (of the 1st Tac Squad), just the bases to go. Spent more time on the detailing than I meant to, but they came out very nicely.
Started stripping the Land Speeder (BIG Simple Green bath, now on the third dip)
Started a progress status section on the sidebar to keep me inspired (time running out before the house move)
* 3 way tie in Invanhoe tonight. 4 trophies apiece and all fighting for the fifth when time was called.
Sir Lad and the Black Princess showed me no mercy and I was lucky to hold my own!
* 13 days to the Man Cave Lager tasting!

Sir Lass triumphs at Rouen Tournament!
In a suprise outcome, Sir Lass has tied-up the Tournament circuit at 1 win apiece!
Coming from behind after an average start, Sir Lass dazzled Lords and Commoners alike with two wins in Jousting to clinch the golden laurels. The upcoming tourney at Winchester will no doubt see some eager wagering on the overall winner!

More Ivanhoe!
Ah-ha ! Victory was mine at today's Leichtenstein Tournament, bringing me level with Sir Lad at 1 all. Sir Lass used some crafty card combos though so I wouldn't say she is out of contention yet...

Tourney convened
Sir Lad just narrowly secured a five event Victory at a tourney using GMT's Ivanhoe rules. Sir Lass (appalled by the way that Princesses arent allowed to enter the Tourney...) respectably came in with three event victories.

And yes, there was plenty of "Its only a flesh wound" comments thrown about after recently introducing the kids to Monty Python's Holy Grail.!
