Happy Birthday Wesley!

There aren't many people in the world that can say they were born on Leap Year. Only one in every 4,000 are actually born on this day. Wesley David Womble is one of them. Since his birthday only comes around every four years he is 6 years old today. But according to his birth certificate his birthday is March 1st.
I am so grateful for Wesley and his love for me. He is always kind to others and understanding. He is a great gardener and loves to get his hands in the dirt. He is a great husband, friend, and I know he is going to make a great dad. I love you Wes and Happy Birthday!

Grandma June

June was a wonderful woman who always made me feel welcome into the Walters family. She was so kind and gentle and every time I would go to her house she would give me a big hug. I remember the first time I went to her house to tell her and Neldon that I was going to marry their grand daughter Jessica and she gave me the biggest hug saying "in this family we HUG" she then proceeded to pat me on the cheek and said "Bless ya." I will never forget her as a deciple of Christ always showing everyone how much she cares. She bakes rolls for everyone. Whenever we go over there is always food ready for us. I love her and am grateful I met her.

My Rendering of "THE SUPER VIRUS"

Got Virus?

This past week has been a pretty tough one for jessica. Starting sunday night she has been fighting the mystery virus. You know, the virus "they" say you have when you go to the doctor? Yeah "they" say "Oh it's just a virus and we can't prescribe anything." JUST A VIRUS?" Yeah right, this is like "The Super Virus."

Ready for spring yet?

We are getting anxious for spring at our house. But, thankful for the wonderful moisture we are recieving, and, according to weather reports will continue to recieve. On Feb. 19th we will go in for Jessica's ultrasound. she'll be about 22 weeks along then. I hear that's a little late for the first ultrasound, but, we don't mind, that was the only time we could find where both the ultrasound nurse and doctor would be available. So along with my birthday that will help break up the month of february a little and then march is just around the corner, hopfully beckoning an early spring. My green thumbs just can't wait to get brown in the fresh spring dirt. Then along comes Baby Womble (YAY!!) in June to end this years spring celebration. A very great start to the summer if you ask me.

What do you think?

As some of you may have noticed our blog has changed! We would like your feedback, do you like it or not? I think the picture with the clouds is catchy with our new title. Do you?

This picture is of Jessica at 17 weeks. She will be 20 weeks on friday yay half way there. whoever said that 40 weeks was 9 months failed math according to me and you can quote me on this 40 weeks is ten months.
