Happy Thanksgiving!

I've been thinking alot today about the things I am grateful for. I have a wonderful husband, a beautiful daughter that is happy and healthy and a warm place to live. Alot of people don't have a place to go home to at night or a family to go home to. I am just so grateful for all of the blessings that I have. I hope we all realize this time of year the things that are most important. I know that most of us look at others and wish we had the things they did. But I know that everything that makes me happy isn't material things. It's my family. I hope we all remember how much we do have and just be thankful for the simple things. Happy Thanksgiving!

5 months old

Sophie turned 5 months old on Saturday. She can now roll over from her stomach. We got her to laugh for the first time too. I loved hearing her cute little laugh. I told Wes that a fairy was born that day. In Peter Pan (one of my favorite books) each babies first laugh makes a fairy be born. I think that our Sophie has a fairy with her always. Don't you think so? Even though not everyone has one. So never say you don't believe in fairies because one might fall down dead somewhere.

"Into the Woods"

Last night Wes and I enjoyed a night out. Just the two of us. We went and saw the play "Into the Woods." This is one of my favorite plays of all time. We were first introduced by the Pences and we checked the DVD out at the library. I watched it everyday for about a week. Seeing it live was even better. If you are ever looking for a good, funny, and very entertaining night out I would highly recommend this play.
It also gives you some great advice that slotted spoons don't hold much soup, but they will hold the potato. The prettier the flower the farther from the path, and the things we wish for the most are sometimes meant to be untouched.

Sophie Rose

We took a roadtrip to Price and Sophie loved sitting in the passenger seat. ( We weren't actually driving at this time but she is ready to drive don't you think?)
Wes always seems to catch all her smiles. She is a professional.

Lately she has been sucking on her finger. It's always her pointer on her left hand. I hope this means she will be left handed like me. What do you think?

Somedays we feel like this at our house. So I just join in with all the crying. But lately I've been thinking alot about our future. Where will Wes and I be in one year? Where will we live? Will we have enough money to support our little family?
There are alot of what if's right now but I know that whatever happens will be for the best. Some of you are probably wondering what I am talking about. We are thinking of going to a different school so that Wes can get his RN faster. At UVU it's a long wait. So we are looking at other schools where we could get done faster. I have no idea where we will be in the next year or the next 5. But I do know that we will be together and that is all that matters.
