A Digimon whose form resembles that of the Oni from Eastern legends. The attacks it performs using its absurdly developed muscles exhibit tremendous destructive power. Although it has high intelligence, it has a violent temperament, and there is no limit to the destruction that it brings about with 'anger' acting as its driving force. Due to its intense love for battle, it will boldly challenge even opponents that greatly surpass it in combat ability, earning it the name "Digimon Hunter". The Hone Konbou it wields in its right arm was earned from defeating Skull Greymon in battle. Its Special Move is Haouken, fired off from its two gigantic arms.

Digimon Adventure:[edit]

Voice Actor: Japanese Egawa Hisao | English Bill Butts

Orgemon is one of Devimon's high ranking servants. He established a rivalry with Agumon after their first fight, where the latter as Greymon broke one of his horns, and from there on wished to fight him one-on-one, even attacking his own allies to do so. After he failed to beat Greymon, Devimon sent Metal Tyranomon after the Chosen Children, making Orgemon realize he had been replaced. As such, he fought and seemingly died against Metal Tyranomon to buy time for the Chosen Children to flee, while also pointing them in the right direction. As shown in "The Vagrant War Demon, Rebellimon", Orgemon actually survived his fight and, before the events of the episode, evolved into his eponymous Perfect Level. However, he also lost his memories, only briefly remembering his fight with Greymon once he clashed with his evolved state, Metal Greymon.

Digimon Xros Wars[edit]

Digimon Dreamers[edit]

In "Asunaro Meat" Koemon, carried by two Pico Devimon, met with Orgemon and told them that the Asunaro Meat had been completed.

Orgemon assaulted Asunaro Village for their Asunaro Meat in "Orgemon Invasion". He ate a big plate of Asunaro Meat, which Koemon handled, while Tanemon, Tokomon, Punimon, two Koromon, Chicomon, Poyomon, Penmon, two Agumon and Mochimon stared at them in fear. Orgemon proceeded to take the meat with him, but Tanemon tried to stop him, as the meat was made for the Digimon of the village so they'd grow strong and evolve. Orgemon easily flicked Tanemon away, and then the two Agumon, a Koromon, a Mochimon, a Chicomon, a Poyomon, a Bubbmon and a Tokomon gathered around them, trying to protect them even while terrified. Orgemon looked at them and realized that only a few of them had evolved at all, with Koemon explaining that a curse on the village prevented them from evolving. Orgemon then returned to eating the Asunaro Meat while assuring them that he'd evolve for them, with Tanemon crying due to that, however, he was stopped by a kick to the top of his head from Pulsemon, who declared that he'd keep Asunaro Village's meat safe to both Orgemon and Koemon, and the Digimon that had tried to defend Tanemon, who happily cried at his arrival. Orgemon was angry at Pulsemon, and only got more mad after the latter misunderstood his comment, so he went and punched Pulsemon in the head. Kodou Ritsu, Bokomon, Patamon, and the Digimon of Asunaro Village screamed at Pulsemon who had apparently been knocked out with a single blow, and Orgemon pointed out that, as a warrior, he made it a point not to go easy on anyone and they should not think badly of him, then tried to leave, only to stop in shock as Pulsemon got back up. Pulsemon taunted him to attack him again, claiming that he'd evolve, and Orgemon punched him in the head again, convincing himself that he must've accidentally held back earlier. Once again, Orgemon tried to leave, only for Pulsemon to get back up for a second time. Orgemon let loose a storm of blows on Pulsemon, to the fear of Ritsu, Bokomon and Patamon, but Pulsemon merely got up again. Furthermore, he was only getting more excited, as the more pain he endured, the closer he was to evolving, and laughed while ordering Orgemon to keep hurting him, freaking out the latter, while Ritsu just looked at him with a smile, accustomed to his partner's behaviour. Nonetheless, he tried to stop Pulsemon from pushing it too far, while Orgemon got extremely angry.

Their fight continued in "The Pulse of Evolution", where Orgemon hit Pulsemon with his Haouken, leaving him badly beaten on the ground as Ritsu, Bokomon, Patamon, Tanemon, Mochimon, Bubbmon, Chicomon, a Koromon, Poyomon and an Agumon watched them. Orgemon praised Pulsemon for making him use his Haouken, but blamed his loss on being just a Child, born in a village where no one can evolve, with Ritsu accepting that Orgemon being an Adult-level gave him too much of an advantage. Orgemon then pointed out Tamers were useless and challenged Ritsu to fight him, but Ritsu was terrified of him as he realized that, just as he was full when he went back to the Real World after eating in the Digital World, getting hurt or dying would be just as real. In his thoughts, Ritsu asked Pulsemon for forgiveness for not being able to do a thing and Orgemon mocked him, but Pulsemon called him a moron as he got back up, because he never said Ritsu had to fight alongside him, his job was to have the conviction that Pulsemon could beat Orgemon, and use that feeling to cheer Pulsemon on so he could defeat him. Bokomon seconded Pulsemon, as even if he felt powerless as a partner sometimes, with his wholehearted support, his bond with Pulsemon would give him strength. Ritsu acknowledged their words and cheered Pulsemon on with all his might. A vitals waveform went through both of them as their heartbeat was heard, and Pulsemon started glowing. Orgemon, Bokomon, Patamon, Ritsu, Tanemon and Chicomon looked at him in awe, as he seemingly broke the curse of Asunaro Village and they pictured him as the ideal Bulkmon, but in reality, only his head changed, with the rest of his body remaining that of Pulsemon's, to everyone's shock.

Continuing in "Inner Bulkmon", Pulsemon had seemingly evolved into Bulkmon, however, only his head changed, to the shock of Kodou Ritsu, Bokomon, Patamon, and Pulsemon himself. Due to the weight of his now-oversized head, he fell to the ground. Ritsu pictured the full Bulkmon in his head and wondered why that had happened when he was sure Pulsemon had evolved. Orgemon laughed at Pulsemon's head being so big he couldn't even move, but Pulsemon rushed at Orgemon by biting at the ground, which freaked Orgemon out, and he then punched Pulsemon back the way he came as Koemon watched. Pulsemon's head then devolved, which calmed Ritsu down, but then his arms evolved, followed by his legs, leaving all spectators shocked. Pulsemon's right arm then evolved, with him wondering what had happened. Ritsu thought the evolution had failed but Bokomon said it was proof he was resisting Asunaro Village's curse.

Angry at how they kept talking, Orgemon attacked, but Pulsemon accidentally punched him in the gut as his arm evolved. He then kicked Orgemon in the face with an evolved leg. Koemon asked Orgemon if he was okay, but Orgemon told him not to worry and he swore not to lose on his honour as a warrior, while Pulsemon proclaimed he'd protect Asunaro Village. Patamon and Bokomon observed how it was a clash of prides and they were going all-out, but Ritsu thought they just wanted to hog all the meat to themselves, which caused both Digimon to shut him up. Nonetheless, Pulsemon thanked his Tamer as he was now one step closer to becoming the strongest. A happy Ritsu then asked his Partner Digimon to beat Orgemon to a pulp with the power in his body. Orgemon assaulted Pulsemon with his Haouken, but Pulsemon proclaimed he'd smash him to beat with his pulse, then beat Orgemon with an Electrical Fist to the face after fully evolving into Bulkmon. Ritsu, Patamon, Bokomon, Koemon and the Digimon of Asunaro Village witnessed this moment. Koemon took Orgemon away on a cart as the villagers celebrated their victory.

Digimon World[edit]

Orgemon appears as an obtainable Adult-level Virus type Digimon.

Orgemon appears as a minor antagonist in the game as well. To see Orgemon for the first time, the Player needs to talk to Yuramon twice, after crossing the invisible bridge in the Great Canyon and Yuramon will warn the Player about a group of bandits lurking around and assaulting passersbies in the Great Canyon. When reaching there, Orgemon and a gang of Agumon and Gabumon will end up attacking the Player, engaging a battle. After defeating the gang, Orgemon will escape into its fortress. When arriving there, the fortress will be full of Agumon and Gabumon guarding the area and will attack the Player if spotted, though they provide an easy battle. After reaching Orgemon in its room, a battle will be engaged, and after it's defeated, Orgemon will abandon its fortress and escape again. If the player comes back to this area, Nanimon will be found.

In Freezeland an angry Whamon will request the Player's help because Orgemon stole and took away its cave, so the Player has to ferry on Whamon to its cave, where Orgemon, with several Gabumon and a Waru Seadramon await for the Player, into another battle. Once it's defeated for the third time, Orgemon will escape again, and Whamon will join the Village of Beginnings.

The last encounter takes place inside the Drill Tunnel, with a third attempt of Orgemon taking territory. The Player will engage into another battle and, after defeated, Orgemon will lament itself how he's never been able to defeat the Player and ends up joining the Village of Beginnings and finally ending all sources of his crimes. Orgemon doesn't really do much in the Village other than stacking up Prosperity Points, but it says it's patrolling the city and keeping it safe.

Digimon Adventure[edit]

Voice Actor: Japanese Egawa Hisao

Orgemon plays a similar role as he did in the Digimon Adventure anime, though with several appearances in game-only sub-episodes. He serves as an NPC, a boss and a temporary playable character in certain episodes. Another Orgemon was one of the DigiOne Grand Prix contestants that the Chosen Children met outside the Colosseum in Sub-Episode 10, "DigiOne Grand Prix". It argued with a Flymon. A third Orgemon appeared in the Real World in Episode 25, "Koromon, the Great Clash in Tokyo!" in front of Yagami Taichi, Koromon and Yagami Hikari. It quickly attacked the three, leaving a crater in the floor. Koromon attempted to fight it on his own, but Taichi reminded him that they had always fought together, causing him to evolve into Agumon once again. This Orgemon is the thirtieth obligatory boss of the game, fighting Agumon at the end of Episode 25, "Koromon, the Great Clash in Tokyo!". It can power up after taking damage with Anger, and can deal damage with Hone Konbou and Haouken. Upon being defeated, it drops the Shock Attack DigiPiece, which allows the equipped Digimon to perform the technique of the same name, which deals damage and Shock to one enemy. Leomon and Orgemon serve as the final bosses of the optional Digital Dungeon: β, where they fight the Chosen Children together. Defeating them grants the player one Life Saver Kit.

Digimon Story: Time Stranger[edit]

A trio of Titans (Orgemon, Fugamon and Hyougamon) were Plutomon's henchmen. According to an NPC Wisemon, Orgemon seems to be the leader, Fugamon is the group's thinker and Hyogamon is their brawler. Despite this, the other warriors tend to make fun of his shortcomings.

The Orgemon trio were first seen attacking Bearmon (Older Brother) and Coronamon in the Central Town underground in "Rumble in the Underground". Misono Inori tried to protect the latter two, as she saw them as being bullied by stronger kids. Orgemon merely saw the new arrivals as more food for them and didn't take kindly to Aegiomon's backtalk. After Yuki Dan/Yuki Kanan identifies them as Titans, Orgemon resolves to kill them all. Aegiomon and a terrified Coronamon refused to allow them to run wild.

The trio is the final boss battle of "Rumble in the Underground". Beyond basic attacks, Orgemon can use Haouken, Hyogamon can use Diamond Dust I and Snow Punch, Fugamon can use Wolkenapalm I and Evil Hurricane.

At the start of the battle, Orgemon breathes deeply, increasing its Defense and Spirit. These buffs will last until one of the other Digimon is defeated, and will get turned into debuffs to the same stats once both are. During his first turn, Orgemon will use Haouken on Coronamon, after which Minervamon will interrupt the battle, hit Orgemon, then join the fight. Coronamon, in fear, won't attack from there on. After several turns, Aegiomon's resolve to protect Inori unlocks his Stun Beat Blow, proving to Minervamon he's the one born from the guardian Digitama. Afterwards, on Coronamon's turn, he recovers his fighting spirit after seeing Aegiomon fight and performs Corona Flame on Orgemon, properly joining the battle.

Orgemon is weak to Fire, and resists Plant. Fugamon is weak to Water, and resists Fire and Earth. Hyougamon is weak to Fire and Metal, and resists Water.

The Orgemon/Fugamon/Hyougamon trio got to Junomon in "War!" and demanded she give them the treasure that was in Guardian Palace. The Agent's group then arrived and they explained they needed it to clear their names after being defeated in Central Town. As Junomon could not leave her throne, Aegiomon offered to fight them instead.

The trio is the final boss battle of "War!". They use the same attacks as before except every Attachment Skill is upgraded to its Level II version. They also keep the same weaknesses and resistances.

After a few turns, a cutscene starts, where Aegiomon attacks Orgemon. The three will then acknowledge the Agent and Aegiomon's strength, but make it clear they've learned from their previous defeat. The battle then resumes, with all of them getting turns one after another regardless of the turn order prior to the cutscene and will get turns more often afterwards.

After the battle ends, Titamon enters Guardian Palace through a dimensional portal and praises the trio for breaking the barrier, allowing him to bring in reinforcements (consisting of multiple Digimon of various types).

The Orgemon trio later reappeared in the Guardian Palace's prison ward where they were ordered by Plutomon to free their fellow comrades and assist the Agent, Apollomon and Dianamon in their jailbreak. They originally questioned Tunomon and Dorimon on where their boss Titamon was, not realizing that said Tunomon was Titamon and not letting him get a word in edgewise. After Witchmon told them that was Titamon, they apologized. Later, they ended up stuck behind a wall with the Beta Device, which they refused to activate. After the Agent freed them, they decided to follow Titamon for their own safety, only for Clavis Angemon to ambush them. Though Titamon ordered them to run away, Orgemon was wounded by Clavis Angemon and the other two refused to leave their ally behind, so the Agent's party escaped without them.

The trio were some of the many Digimon who were transferred to the Akashic Records when the timeline began to distort in earnest and assist the party against copy Barbamon.
