Asphyx & Hooded Menace - Split '7ep

Genre: Death/Doom
Country: Holland/Finland
Year: 2011

1. Asphyx - We Doom You To Death
2. Hooded Menace - Abode Of the Grotesque

Asphyx and Hooded Menace are spltting one song, never before released, of each other here. The Hooded Menace song is from the 'Never Cross The Dead' recording session and is easily just as good as any song off that album. Asphyx's song is their first recording with new bass player Alwin Zuur and it is a masterpiece of horrific death-doom. It is insanely heavy and slow and Martin Van Drunen's voice on this, it is just awesome!

Tight musicianship, great production, riffs that dig in your mind, amazing vocal performance, nice solos and in general very catchy thrash songs. Simply put, an aggressive thrashing holocaust!
