there is so much to enjoy on this C10/R, of the ingenuity and innovative ways to create necessary upgrades from original 1971 Chevy truck panels, like the hood scoop/former hood, and rear air dam/former tailgate... all draped over a 1999 Craftsman series race truck

spotted today while commuting
Using a Volvo station wagon as a cable guy work truck? That's got to be a first.... the hell is that about? Did this guy inherit the wagon from his grandma?
Duct tape solution!
Odd to see a Honda Van dolled up with aftermarket rims, low profile tires
Beautiful truck!
and this highly professional CHP officer who is unaware that he's parked between lanes at the intersection while waiting for the light to change. What a dweeb

she wanted to work with her hands, be outside interacting with people and knew she'd love to own an old pickup truck. So she bought an old Chevy truck and uses it to sell flowers!
Vienna Hintze grew up in Long Island, New York, and her father used to commute to his job as a firefighter in a pickup truck. Her mom held many different jobs but her love of gardening was a mainstay, Hintze says. So both the vehicle and the bouquets were familiar to her.
Her flower truck business brings in money in three ways, Hintze says: through pop-up events, corporate bookings and video shoots.
At pop-up events, she drives her truck full of freshly picked flowers that she’s arranged into bouquets to various locations around Los Angeles. She sells them for anywhere between $10 for a mini bouquet to up to $75 for larger custom arrangements made right on the spot.

1970s glory right here... these used to be seen at every campground, lake, concert, nascar race, etc etc
The truck is a 1968 Chevy C20 CST Custom Camper with a 396. The 3/4-ton pickup is a Golden Anniversary edition that was ordered new through a Denver dealership and stayed within the family for almost 50 years. Then it sold for 50k.
When purchased by the current owner in 2023, a period-correct 1966 Del Rey Sky Lounger Camper was fitted on the truck and is included in the sale.
