Relictors Chapter Space Marines - Primaris Lieutenant w/ Power Fist

Hello All, thanks for dropping by. Another Primaris reinforcement for my Relictors Chapter Space Marines, another Primaris Lieutenant... yes I know, feed the meme, moar Lieutenants!

I didn't quite like the Powerfist this one came with, so I swapped it for a relic Forge World resin one, and head swapped to a 3rd Party crested helm with laurels.

Here are the four so far, in true meme style I have more Lieutenants to do. The others already completed can be found here: Lt with Power Sword; Lt with Assault Bolt Rifle; and Lt Amulius

Deathwatch Space Marines - More Captains! Done!

Hello one and all!

Sorry for the lack of posts on my side, its been a busy few weeks, however there are big updates soon!

This weeks offerings are two Deathwatch Captains, these are 'home made' and are taken from a well known 3D printing site.

Centurion Captain

This guy I had to have the moment I saw the file, the model was flipped so the shoulder pauldrons were correct. I've painted the same style as my other Deathwatch, the model is armed with a chain blade and flamer, in game this could be a Terminator captain, or house rules. The model had a back pack added to finish.

Gravis Captain

This guy is a 'hit!' I wanted to have models that look imposing on the battle, and this guy does for sure! He has had his left arm mirrored from the right, with some purity seals added. I've also added a skull helm which was purchased from an auction site prior to me getting my printer. Again, finished off with the same scheme as the DW.

Relictors Space Marine Chaplain from Indomitus Boxset - Chaplain #12

Welcome Readers, thanks for dropping by. Well last week I added my eleventh Chaplain, a Terminator Chaplain, so here is my twelfth Chaplain. This was the Indomitus Boxset Chaplain, my favourite sculpt from the set of characters. I love the skull re-built portion of his visage, I gave him a red cybernetic eye.

Here is the new Relictors decal.

This was an eBay purchase with quite a decent paintjob modified by me to fit my forces.

And along with his other Primaris Chaplain, a fine pair to lead and stir up the battle rage of the Primaris Battle Brothers.

Deathwatch - Primaris Intercessor Squad - Done!

Hello one and all!

This week's offering is a five man, Primaris Intercessor squad - these are 3D printed models from a well known site, with plastic arms, weapons and head added. 

I've opted to have all 5 as Dark Angels, weird yes, but I always like the old lore about Dark Angels looking for the fallen - not a thing now, and that they were part of the Deathwatch, however they were really hunting for their prey. 

The scheme is as per my normal style, these guys have more chains which have been picked out in metal, so they have a darker appearance.  

The bases are again from a well known site, 'tactical rocks for all'

Deathwatch Marines - Reivers and more Characters - Done!

Hello all,

A crazy few weeks, but have got several bits complete to add to the growing Deathwatch force. I've got done, a Captain, a Lieutenant, 5 Reivers and a DKK Siege Drill

Captain

I've completed a Deathwatch firstborn Captain with a Jump pack, armed with a Thunder Hammer and Shield, The perfect combo for full assault tactics! The Marine is from the Sons Of Medusa Chapter.

Lieutenant

This marine has been sitting in the pile of shame for some time - this was a Games Day I picked up years ago, based on the cover art for 2nd Ed (I believe..) I've converted the Left arm so that he now has the DW symbol on his pauldron. The model has been painted with the normal DW scheme, with touches of the original art - the flame patterns and Yellow Bolter!

5 Reivers

These guys have had parts from other minis added, and then used the same style of 'camo' as my Eliminator squad- with the Tau inspired camo phasing from camo to armour. Really happy with how these guys look. I am really happy with the Serg' who appears to be going 'SShhhhhh...' to his next victim.. very Ork Kommando-style!

Death Korps of Krieg Siege Drill

It was with the Krieg stuff years ago and I believe bought at a Games Day some 15 years ago.. I've opted for a DW style scheme for this - I can image the DW using it to penetrate a Necron tomb, or other Xeno threat!

More Deathwatch additions - Brutalis Dreadnought and Eliminators - DONE!

This weeks offerings are further additions for the Deathwatch force, 

First up is the Brutalis Dreadnought - from the Rainbow Warriors Chapter!

I really love the look of this, the model screams 'combat!' I was tempted to opt for another chapter, but for some reason I thought I'd go old school with it. The chapter symbol is free hand, with a chapter marking on the right knee armour plate. The armour is painted as per my Deathwatch, with the addition of a resin base - you can't have too many tactical rocks!

This was my offerings for the Dreadtober event! A great addition to the force!

 Next up, 3 Primaris Eliminators. These at kitbashed from the original Eliminator kit, and Reivers kit, armed with the spare snipers (I've got another 2 to do)

I opted to paint these with a transition scheme of Deathwatch Black into camo/chameleon colour, based on the colours of the base in a  Tau- styled look. I've used a blue hue finished with white for the transition lines, and really happy with how this has finished. I am planning to do this style for all Phobos armoured marines.

More Deathwatch Additions - Eradicators, Heavy Intercessors and a Captain - DONE!

Hello All!

This weeks offerings are a squad and a character for the growing Deathwatch force.

Up first is a Black Templers characters, modified to be a Deathwatch marine. I feel he could act as either a Captain or a Chaplain in battle. The left arm has been cut, and modified to have the Deathwatch symbol, and then painted up with the normal DW scheme.

Following this is an 11 (I know, it should be 10, but...) Marine squad, comprising 5 Heavy Intercessors, and a 6 man Eradicator squad, to be used as a 10 man kill team, swapping out the Melta weapons depending on requirements. All have had Deathwatch shoulder pads added - 3 of these are from the Indomitus box, thus needing a lot of chopping to make it fit, as well as 3D printed Chapter right pauldrons.

Happy with the look of these! The Deathwatch force is growing sizable now. LH (21pts)

Deathwatch Space Marines - Assault Intercessors and Servitors - DONE!

Hello one and all, another week sees further additions to the Deathwatch force. This weeks offerings is a 5 man squad of Assault Intercessors Primaris Marines, also 4 Servitors for the force.

The Assault Primaris were made utilising the Intercessors as the base model, with the addition of various weapons from the bit box. The serg has a Powerfist from the SW kit, and the others with chainswords from other kits. Pistols were taken from my Primaris spares. This are designed to be a little more static than the current Assault Primaris, to look right with a Primaris Kill team. 

The scheme is exactly the same as previous Deathwatch marines.

 The Servitors have got either an orange base, for the tech servitor, or a red base for the weapons ones, so that they stand out on the battle field. Skin tones were designed to be more greyscales to show the age of the previous human.
