Country: U.S.A.
Year: 1984

1. Beyond The Black
2. Metal Church
3. Merciless Onslaught

6. In The Blood
7. (My Favourite) Nightmare
8. Battalions
9. Highway Star (Deep Purple cover)

Debut album by Metal Church. It is a great combination of thrash and speed metal. Kurdt Vanderhoof's riffs in all of the songs are fast, memorable, precise and skillful, while David Wayne sang his heart out hitting high-scale keys perfectly with a raspy growl towards it.

Hallows Eve - Tales Of Terror

Genre: Thrash
Country: U.S.A.
Year: 1985

1. Plunging To Megadeath
2. Outer Limits
3. Horrorshow
4. The Mansion

8. Hallows Eve (Including Routine)

Debut album by Hallows Eve. It is shock and horror-themed, but most of all a badass thrashing album. It is an entertaining album bursting with energy, fresh riffs and cheesy lyrics. The production sucks, you can definitely tell the difference between songs, but this album contains very catchy, classic songs.

Overkill - Feel The Fire

Genre: Speed/Thrash
Country: U.S.A.
Year: 1985

1. Raise The Dead
2. Rotten To The Core
3. There's No Tomorrow
4. Second Son
5. Hammerhead
6. Feel The Fire
7. Blood And Iron
8. Kill At Command
9. Overkill

Debut album by Overkill. Primitive, raw, agressive and youthful thrash metal album. The shrieky vocals of Bobby Blitz combined with the galloping bass of DD Verni, adequate leads by Gustafson and skin pounding of Overkill founder Rat Skates gives this album a unique character, slightly different and more punk influenced than their bay area peers.
