Atrophy's 2nd and last album follows in the very same track as "Socialized Hate", socially conscious thrash, that is not too adventurous or experimental. The basic thrash elements are the same here, but there are a few twists, more melody, while keeping the aggressiveness intact and more fast passages. The band's playing has matured, but they've done so while retaining the little raw, basic playing style of the debut.

Tracks 'New World Order', 'Millenium Of The Blind' and 'Black Swan' were originally written around 1991 and were released as bonus tracks in 'Youthanasia' deluxe edition.
