After some demos and splits, Forgardur Helvitis released their debut album. The album hits all the expected notes: the blastbeats are on point, the riffs have a distinctive Scandinavian air and the vocals are impassioned. The songs are short, heavy, loud and fast, almost grindcore, but with guitars and vocals reminiscent of a rudimentary black metal, even more full of anti-religious lyrics and D.I.Y. attitude.
