6th album by Crust. Crust's brand of black metal incorporates elements of doom and post, and whips them into a product that that traps your soul in the abyss. The snarling vocals and seething tremolo guitars, the grimy, sludgy grooves and oppressively doomy chord progressions are all still present and correct, but there are definitely signs that the group have evolved somewhat since the last time we heard from them.

They’re the same mad-shrieking, torch wielding crew as they ever were but this recordshows no signs of struggle in achieving the band’s simple on paper but difficult in practice vision, a timeless take on classic thrash/speed metal standards given to their own mayhemic defiance.
