FiveSibes Flashback ~ Gibson ~ 2015 Pictured here is my beloved Gibson and I celebrating my birthday in 2015. My cake was a wonderful surprise from my family that had Gibson's gorgeous face on it! It was so lovely that I didn't want to cut it! (But we did. My family couldn't wait to dig into the cake. Me, I was trying to figure out how to save the top. BOL! Now, if you recall, I'm also the one who shellacked the five fondant Huskies on a previous cake! And yup, I sure do still have them! But, I'll share that photo another time. Here, my Gibbie was giving the cake a little taste test, before all FiveSibes had a bit of that whipped cream! This was to become one of those uber special moments I was so happy to have had my family capture on film. And, unbeknownst to me at the time, this would be the last birthday of mine that Gibson was here to celebrate for he passed just a few months later.
