#Flashback ~ 2010 ~ my FiveSibes Snuggle Huskies     Oh, be still my heart! This...THIS...was how my beloved FiveSibes always snoozed together, whether outside on the deck, in their dugout ("Husky Beach"), on the cool grass, which is where this was taken, or inside our house—they were always together, always snuggling (typically wrapped around my big fluffy wooly boy, Gibson), and they were so very bonded. This still makes my heart swell with love and pride as it did when they were here. To know how much they loved being together Harley & Gibson my married couple, and the three pupsters Wolfie, Chloe, and Bandit who at just 10 weeks old, crashed their life at once (BOL), all five never to be separated - still fills me with so much love.  This is family, and family equals a forever love that never diminishes, no matter how much time goes by.  FiveSibes #Flashback ~ Christmas Day 2015 ~ Pupters: Wolfie, Bandit, and Chloe   'Tis the season for Christmas in July memories! Some are so joyful, and others bittersweet. Christmas. morning 2015 is both. This was the first Christmas after my beloved Gibson earned his wings just nine days earlier, and my dear mother a month prior. I feel like that December was a blur. In some ways, it feels like just a year or two ago, not almost 11 years. Time is very surreal. This photo was taken on Christmas morning by the beautiful tree my daughter went and picked out and decorated in a different style just for me. Although I was physically there, I was filled with double grief over my losses. But this tree, surrounded by my family and our four remaining Huskies, was the spark I needed to push on.     Our beautiful #pupster and chatty chowhound, “Chloe,” the absolute sweetheart of our #FiveSibes who never met a treat or food she didn’t like, made her sudden journey to the #RainbowBridge 7 years ago today due to sudden liver failure.  I think Mother Nature knew as it rained all day here, like tears from Heaven.    ☔️   🐕 Chloe was my daughter’s baby, and while I prefer to focus today on her beauty, charm, loyalty, sweetness, great enthusiasm to talk and eat…and oh, how she rallied back after two emergency CCL surgeries after blowing them out at the same time.  What an amazing patient she was after that scary surgery...when we carried her in, but with the aid of a sling harness, she walked out two days later on rebuilt hind legs. She was truly an ideal patient, and healed well under my daughter’s care.    I still felt the need to recognize today, the day she had suddenly earned her wings after she stopped doing what she loved ...

  FiveSibes #Flashback ~ 2016 ~ Pupsters " Bandit," "Wolfie," and "Chloe"    A spoonful of (nope, not sugar) ice cream can heal all that troubles the soul! Or rather watching the three Pupsters share ice cream off a spoon sure did bring joy to my soul! I love how my FiveSibes could always lovingly share food and treats without arguing, and, especially ice cream! Whenever the ice cream came out it, it was a Sibe party! Watching them share spoonsful (or cups or plates) of ice cream was truly like a spoonful of sugar for me, their proud hu-mom! And, knowing the three littermate Pupsters--Bandit, Wolf, and Chloe--would not only be born together, but coming home with us knowing they would grow up and always be together, never separated, filled me with such joy!     " You were born together, and together you shall be forevermore.
