Wolfie is a teenager!   Woo! Today is our Pupsters' birthday! Wolfie turns 13! It's a bittersweet day as it is wonderful to celebrate our boy Wolf becoming a "teenager"...we certainly miss his two sisters, littermates Bandit and Chloe. This birthday gone as all the chaos and excitement of three Huskies sharing the same birthdate together since they were pups! Oh, those crazy fun-filled birthdays! But I am happy my boy is here sharing this special day. It was much quieter, but ice cream cake time still brings the same excitement as it always has with all three. My grandson, Wolf's human brother and best buddy, excitedly helped me prepare the ice cream cake!      Then, when the cake was ready, my grandson sang "Happy Birthday, Wolfie" as he brought him his treat! Woo! It is such a special day here at FiveSibes homestead ~ our beautiful, super smart, sassy, and bossy alpha queen Harley is celebrating her 14th Birthday!  Our FiveSibes alpha queen "Harley Nanuk Mari" It is amazing to me that my daughter, who is married with a family of her own, was just 17 years old when we travelled in the pouring rain to bring THE most beautiful Siberian Husky puppy home! She has always been in love with the breed, and when our rescue Akita/German Shepard Chelsey was in her golden years, we opened our hearts and home to the stunning Husky puppy with such an intense mask, fulfilling not only my daughter's dream, but she would also soon become the leader of the future FiveSibes pack family, who all have added so much joy to my life!   What a special day here at FiveSibes...our Pupsters, Chloe, Wolf, and Bandit turned 11! It's been such  joy watching these siblings grow up together - and days filled with love, fun, chaos, and laughter raising three puppies at once, with two more young Huskies - our "originals" Harley and Gibson who were just pups themselves at three and two years of age at the time we brought home the Pupsters! Our Pupsters as12-week-old puppies! Oh, the days of training three - lots of craziness and fun - and pee pads and poop! But believe it or not, teaching three puppies at the same time was pretty awesome! My daughter, who was my co-parent and trainer, spent every day with them while I was work. When they learned something new, they learned it together!
