Flashing back to July 2012, sweet Chloe blew out both of her CCL's at the same time while mid-air jumping on the bed, and went in for emergency double imbrication surgery. (Full story HERE ). I snapped this photo of my daughter comforting Chloe upon her return back home post-surgery, and all I can say is...pure love. I was nominated by All Things Collie to participate in this challenge. This is the precious photo of two-year-old big brother Gibson giving a nuzzle to new little sister Chloe when she was just about 10 weeks old! I love this pic so much, you may recognize it...it's my FiveSibes Flashback Friday badge! Gibson was king of the deck when he used to be able to jump up on the bench and then climb onto the top of the log cabin style doghouse we kept out on the deck. He loved his perch so! When the Pupsters came along, they all tried bumping him off his perch, but wound up having to share the space. Wooo! Today is a very special day...it's the FiveSibes Hu-Nanny's 93rd Birthday! Her love of dogs and all animals comes directly from the heart and one of the many important life lessons she taught me as a child ~ to be good to animals, be their voice, and welcome them into your home with love and open arms, making their care and needs a top priority.
