Whoops, I'm a day late posting my Tuesday Taggers DT work. This week the theme is Vintage bookmark, chosen by our lovely teamie, Ildiko. The 'hers' one has been on my desk for a while, but without the vintage finishing touches. The stamp is from the Wild meadow themeplate by Elusive Images. The 'his' bookmark features three stamps from Hero arts and a photo I found on the internet. I used distress inks for both.
Sorry I'm not getting time to visit you all at the moment. The eyes are much better, but I've also been writing reports and my allowance of computer time was devoted to that.... until tonight! I've finished them, yay! I'm itching to get inky, but I think I'd better get an earlier night and have a bit of craft time tomorrow. Thanks for visiting, and I really do appreciate you all!

Sock label to Bookmark - recycling at Tuesday taggers
Our Theme at Tuesday Taggers this week is recycling and was chosen by our lovely teamie Ildiko. I bought a pair of ski socks during all the snow to wear with my hiking boots. This was the label on one side...
and this is what it looked like on the other. I really liked the colour, so I hung onto it, thinking tag or bookmark. I added some embossing, some scraps of paper and a bit of recycled cork matting and turned it into a bookmark.
The flower stamp is one of a relatively new range by 'Stamp to your Art's Content'. This link will take you straight to them. The stamps used for the silver embossing are from Penny Black. Thanks for looking and do check out some of the wonderful creations by my amazing teamies. Hope you get chance to join in this week!
I'll be back later hopefully with some thanks for the wonderful birthday cards I've received.
