Hi There! I am here with a very simple card this morning.

I began by stamping a curvy line of the small flower across the page in 4 shades of versafine clair inks
Next I used the freehand border stamp to add some pink lines below the line of flowers.
I stamped the sentiment in Hawthorn Rose ink in the top white section and sponged a little ink around the panel. I also added gold centres to the flowers using a gelly roll pen
Finally I attached the panel to the front of a 6x4" white card blank.

I used:
Versafine Clair ink - I used Bali Blue, Baby Pink, Arctic, Very Peri and Hawthorn Rose
Gold Gel Pen
6x4" white card blank and white card 5.5 x 3.5"
3d foam pads

A quick card in Pastel colours

Hi There! I am here with a quick and simple card for you today.

I began by adding masking tape about a third of the way across a 5x5" card blank, then blending speckled egg distress ink through the inkable big one, but not up to the edge of the card.
Next I used the mandala inkable and blended kitsch flamingo Distress Oxide ink through it
on a separate scrap of card I stamped the smaller dandedaisy in memento ink and coloured with alcohol markers.
I stuck this to the card along the area where the tape was.
I stamped the sentiment using second generation Fantasia Versafine Clair ink.
Finally I added some more stamping using the worker stamps from Journaling Essentials #4 and Speckled egg distress ink. I also added spots of gold liquid pearls around the mandala.

Here is the finished card again.
I used:
5x5" white card blank
Masking tape
Distress oxide ink - Kitsch Flamingo
Memento Black ink

A Quick and Simple card

Hi There! I am here with a super quick and easy card for you today using today's and yesterday's January Savers.

I began by placing the scales inkable over a 6x6 white card blank and blended teal, yellow and magenta ink through using blending brushes.
Next I stamped the larger flower from blooming blooms, and a smaller one either side of it, using Versafine Clair ink.
Using a 0.05 micron pen, I extended the stem to the bottom edge of the card.
I coloured the flowers using ecoline brush pens.
I created a border around the card using the small squiggle from Blooming Blooms.
Finally I stamped the sentiment from ticker tape 4 onto a scrap of card and cut it out, attaching it to the card using 3d foam pads.
Here is the finished card again.

I used:

water based dye ink in teal, yellow and magenta (Memento or Distress ink will both work)
Ecoline markers
3d foam pads

I do love a card that comes together as quickly as that did! Thanks for looking and don't forget to check out todays final January saver!

Ode to a tree

Hi There! With Autumn approaching fast, I thought I would get out the sycamore leaf easy frame and make an autumnal card this week. Here is how I did it.

I began by blending fossilized Amber and Crushed olive distress oxide inks through the outie of the inkable, onto a 5" square ivory card.
Next I added more leaves, offset form the first ones in Ripe Persimmon, crackling campfire and vintage photo distress oxide
I inked up the crackle stamp with tea dye distress ink and stamped it in patches over the inked background. I also sponged some around the edges of the card
Next, I randomly stamped one of the mandala stamps from set 1 over the background in Vintage photo Distress ink.
On a scrap of ivory card I stamped the sentiment from Wordage Ticker Tape set 1 in Pinecone Versafine Clair ink and cut it out.
Using sticky pads and some matte medium I added the sentiment and some coordinating sequins to the leafy background.
Here is the finished card again.
I used:
5" square ivory card base
Distress oxide inks in Crushed olive, fossilized amber, Ripe Persimmon, Cracking Campfire and Vintage Photo
Distress inks in Vintage photo and Tea Dye
Sticky pads
Sequins
ivory card snippet

I'm dedicating this one to the wonderful Sycamore Gap tree that is sadly no more. I really hope it regrows or another solution is found. Thanks for looking!

Free as a Bird

Hi There! As a little inspiration for this month's challenge over in the Bee Crafty Facebook group I have made this simple card. Here is what I did...

I began by masking a border around the 5x5" square card using stamp and stencil tape.
next I blended peacock feathers and wilted violet distress ink across the white space
I used one of the latest dinkables from set 12 to layer over some more peacock feathers ink.
Next I stamped the row of mini rainbows from the Bee mine set along each side using wilted violet.
I stamped and cut out the largest rainbow bird and used the same inks to watercolour him
I shaped him a little and added him to the background using sticky pads
I also added some twinkly spots to him using a gelly roll stardust pen
Finally I stamped the sentiment in white ink onto a scrap of black card and added it to the card.
I used:
A 5x5" square card blank
Distress inks in Peacock Feathers and Wilted Violet
White ink
a scrap of black card

I hope this has inspired you to have a go and join in the challenge!
