Onslaught - VI

Genre: Thrash
Country: England
Year: 2013

1. A New World Order
2. Chaos Is King
3. Fuel For My Fire
4. Children Of The Sand
5. Slaughterize
6. 66’Fucking’6
7. Cruci-Fiction
8. Dead Man Walking
9. Enemy Of My Enemy

6th album by Onslaught. Well played thrash with crisp production, in times brutal and in times more melodic. It will be satisfactory for fans of old school or more modern thrash, containing great leads and solos, catchy thrashers, a massive production and no fillers at all.

Onslaught - In Search Of Sanity

Genre: Thrash/Heavy
Country: England
Year: 1989

1. Asylum
2. In Search Of Sanity
3. Shellshock
4. Lightning War
5. Let There Be Rock (AC/DC cover)
6. Blood Upon The Ice
7. Welcome To Dying
8. Power Play

The 3rd album by Onslaught, found them changing for a third time their vocalist (after their label's request for more mainstream vocals). Steve Grimmett (Grim Reaper) gives his best in a solid record, where the band has lost their earlier aggression and thrashiness. Of course, thrashers of that era got dissappointed by these movements and that was, probably, the reason of their split up.

Onslaught - The Force

Genre: Thrash
Country: England
Year: 1986

1. Let There Be Death
2. Metal Forces
3. Fight With The Beast
4. Demoniac
5. Flame Of The Antichrist
6. Contract In Blood
7. Thrash Till The Death

2nd album by Onslaught, that was the 1st ever release by the legendary Under One Flag records. This album features a very heavy and dark sound, vocals being a mix of normal grunts and occasional high-pitched screams. The songs had been more matured than on the debut, but the songs didn't lose any brutality, heaviness or speed. Every song is thrash with class!!

Onslaught - Power From Hell

Genre: Thrash
Country: England
Year: 1985

1. Damnation/Onslaught (Power From Hell)
2. Thermonuclear Devastation
3. Skullcrusher I
4. Lord Of Evil
5. Death Metal
6. Angels Of Death
7. The Devil's Legion
8. Steel Meets Steel
9. Skullcrusher II
10. Witch Hunt
11. Mighty Empress

Debut album by Onslaught. Being one of the heavier early thrash metal albums, Power From Hell has some additional credibility even though the result is not quite as memorable as with some other early bands. Most of the time the vocals have a definite hardcore-ish edge which gives this album a slightly peculiar feel.
