  • Turn rate slowing effects still affect the wielder normally.
  • For melee heroes, it increases the average movement speed by 7.5% and increases the caster base turn rate to 1 for its duration.
  • For ranged heroes, it increases the average movement speed by 3.75%.

Heroes who have high health pool but have low armor will get a considerable increase in effective HP.
