Christmasphilia With An Extra Helping of Horror
There's nothing quite like the Horrorphilia Podcast. It feels like me, Jen, and our horror buddies - Jason, Jeremy, Chuck, Gonzo, and sometimes James - are just hanging out in our living room, drinking drinks, having a laugh, and just really loving the genre. We get to review films which is pretty cool. Every time there is a hidden gem that the gentlemen introduce us to, never making us feel stupid for not already knowing it - they're a great group. Being rad is how they roll. Listen to a few podcasts and you'll see what I mean.
It was with great honor to come onto the Christmas show. There was a lot of fun and laughing and, of course, horror!
"Another holiday and another podcast with Jen and Sylvia Soska, directors of Dead Hooker In A Trunk and the upcoming movie American Mary. The ladies and Horrorphilia crew get into the holiday spirit by talk of A Serbian Film, dead dogs, dead cats and other fun stuff. We also review three Christmas themed movies: Elves, To All A Good Night and the awesomely fun movie short Treevenge! We try our best to get as much information as we can about American Mary and other future projects. All this plus the Wonder Years, wrestling, samurai swords, and other stuff you dont want to miss."
Want to know our collective thoughts on TREEVENGE, TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT, and the Nazi/Satan classic ELVES? Want to know more about the upcoming AMERICAN MARY? Did you know we and Chuck all love wrestling? Did you know we have plans to make a wrestling movie? Introduce your rum to your eggnog, slap in those holiday jammies, and treat your ears to this fantastic, joyous Horrorphilia Podcast. You'll be jolly that you did!
Thank you to the gentlemen for having us on the show. See you for the next celebration... hmm... Valentines Day? Are there horror movies for St. Patricks? I still haven't seen TROLL 2. Just saying. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good listen. Thank you for all the beautiful and sweet holiday messages. We will be getting back to y'all!
Merry Christmas!

The Jaded Viewer sets his sights on AMERICAN MARY
"Christmas has come early this year. The Soska Sisters have given us an early present in the form of a new trailer." ~The Jaded Viewer
We love the Jaded Viewer. Once upon a time ago, when we were virtually unknown and had a heck of a time getting people to take a chance on checking out a little indie film called DEAD HOOKER IN A TRUNK, he had been the very first to review the trailer. We promptly sent out a screener of the full feature and now the rest is history. He has mentioned that IF he ever lands a quote on a DVD box, he will retire. I certainly hope that is not the case as I don't want to live in a world without a Jaded Viewer in it.
For his insight into our new project, AMERICAN MARY, check out his BLOG HERE.
A very sincere thanks for the continued support and friendship.

The Twisted Twins return to Horrorphilia
We LOVE the gentlemen of Horrorphilia. They are equal parts wicked and awesome. Not only do they share the same demented sense of humor as this twisted twosome, are damn fun to chat with, and are HUGE supporters of DEAD HOOKERS everywhere, they've been kind enough to invite us back to their CHRISTMAS EDITION HORRORPHILIA PODCAST this coming Thursday, December 16th.
Some of you MAY recall we were invited to co-host for their very sexy HALLOWEEN PODCAST where, in addition to chatting about TWISTED TWINS PRODUCTIONS, DEAD HOOKER IN A TRUNK, UP COMING PROJECTS, horror movies, and everything else that popped into our deranged little skulls, we also reviewed not one, not two, but THREE Scarecrow films. Hilarity, of course, ensued.
It is an HONOR to be invited back!! Another holiday season you get to spend with the gents of Horrorphilia, and your friendly neighborhood Twisted Twins. You lucky bastards ;)
We will be reviewing.... wait for it... THREE new films. I can only say that they have a seasonal theme and are of varying degrees of awesome. It will be hard to top SCARECROW GONE WILD...
Oh, yes... and then there's AMERICAN MARY.
We'll be speaking about our beloved new project, as well. Spilling some beans, even. You certainly don't want to miss it. In the meantime, HORRORPHILIA has you covered...
It's Soska sisters weekend at Horrorphilia!!
The AMERICAN MARY teaser trailer!
The AMERICAN MARY teaser poster!
AND, we return with another HOT SEAT interview with our much loved friend, JAMES DEPAOLO. Check that sexy little stocking stuffer out here for some collective, exclusive, awesome~y goodness HERE!!
And if you missed the FIRST HOT SEAT interview, catch up with the Twisted Twins HERE.
We want to thank everyone at HORRORPHILIA for their abso~fucking~lutely incredible friendship and support!! DON'T miss us when we chat with them once more (with feeling!) this coming Thursday (Dec.16th). You never know what we'll say or let slip about AMERICAN MARY. We look very forward to sharing our little chit chat with you!! A little gift for you regardless of all that naughty and nice business...
Bloody Best!
