Jen and Sylvia were in town recently for the Toronto After Dark Film Festival and the Canadian premiere of their latest flick American Mary – the body modification horror opus starring Katherine Isabelle (Ginger Snaps) in one of her most impressive performances to date. 

The film hits Blu-ray and DVD in the U.K. in January. No word yet on North American release dates.

American Mary Invade's Austin's KLBJ

 Jen and Sylvia Soska came by the studio today for little two-on-one time with CJ. The Soska twins, a.k.a. the Twisted Twins, are a package deal: together they can write, produce, stunt and star in their own horror movies. Ever sinceDead Hooker in a Trunk, their accurately named debut film, they've been churning out more blood and gore than a Tarantino film and more addiction than your favorite cult film. 

The twins are in town for Fantastic Fest, Austin's freaky film festival. Their newest movie, American Mary, is about a disenchanted med school student who gets involved in a shady underground surgery business. We're wondering if we can hire Mary to give CJ some breast implants.

What happens when you get the Twisted Twins, Katharine Isabelle, and Little Miss Risk all to your lonesome for a radio interview while they are in town for the American Premiere of AMERICAN MARY at Fantastic Fest? Fucking awesome things.

I love these guys - they have been good friends since the DEAD HOOKER days and we are thrilled to be on the show. They are fucking rockstars.

Twisted Twins chat with Horrorphilia's Wicked Awesome John Ginder

John Ginder is an incredible human being. He's a man who has supported us and our work from the very beginning. And that's something we don't forget. The folks at Horrorphilia were damn smart to bring this sensational writer to their site.

He loves horror, knows his shit, and is something that is a real rarity in both this business and world. He's genuine. It should come as no surprise that we've become good friends and recently we had the pleasure of chatting with him. It was really something to be able to actual speak with someone we've known for so long and emailed back and forth countless times.

The result? An honest and open interview where not only do we speak about our work, DEAD HOOKER IN A TRUNK, and AMERICAN MARY, but we talk quite openly about ourselves. This interview will give you a much closer look at who us Twisted Twins are.

Sam the Horror Man chats with the Twisted Twins Tonight!

Sam the Horror Man is the man. He is pictured above on the street where Laurie Strode in Halloween first encounters Michael Myers. Epic.

He's been a long time supporter of our exploits beginning from when our DEAD HOOKER IN A TRUNK first dragged it's ridiculous and demented self onto the horror scene. We've come a long way and it's a real pleasure to speak again with a friend who believed in us and our work from the very start of it all. Tonight, on The Savir Show we'll be re-united. He also writes for Bloody Disgusting, which we love like Freddy Kruger loves narcolepsy. He is one of the geniuses behind The Realm Cast which is a geek~gasmic site. It's spectacular and amazing and sometimes even "web of" (yeah, that's one for my fellow Marvel fanatics).

And just to add even more awesome to an already awesome show, fellow femme fatale, Andrea Albin will be on the show! It's the first time we'll be making voice to voice contact.
