Pretty Scary Blood Bath Film Festival shows DHIAT this Weekend

This Saturday, DEAD HOOKER IN A TRUNK will stand amongst the proud selected few at the DOA Pretty Scary Blood Bath film festival in Addison, Texas.

The Pretty Scary Blood Bath Film Festival will be showcasing a selection of independent feature and short horror films that have been written and directed by women. It is a beautiful celebration of women in film in honor of Women In Horror month, brainchild of Hannah Neurotica, who has been a definitive voice for both women in the industry and everywhere.

The event is being put on by Dione and Andrew Rose of DOA Blood Bath Entertainment, who seek to provide fans of horror opportunities to view independent horror films through film festivals and special screenings throughout the year.

Eve Blaack, owner and editor-in-chief of Hacker’s Source, the guide to independent horror, (http://www.eveblaackpub.com), will serve as the Pretty Scary Blood Bath Film Festival’s Mistress of Ceremonies. Eve Blaack, as a woman in horror, truly appreciates independent horror cinema and has spent countless hours and dollars promoting independent film through the publication of her magazine; The Hacker’s Source.

Heidi Martinuzzi of Pretty-Scary.net, a film and entertainment journalist based in Los Angeles, California, will be there as a special guest. Pretty Scary is the premier web-community dedicated to the promotion and support of women in horror entertainment.

If you are anywhere NEAR the area, be sure to come join in the celebration and certainly make damn sure you stay for DEAD HOOKER IN A TRUNK!! We can't hardly wait to hear how our demented little baby does...

Stay tuned for more on how the festival goes!
