The morning arrived with "blue birds" in
the trees as reported to me (I am still hoping
for bluebirds to reside here this year - I have
a new birdhouse) - it was
really a blue jay. And Mr. Blue Jay brought
with all of his friends, I had 6-8 at the feeder
at one time - I have never had that many.
Bossy birds.
Then surprise the Orioles arrived ~ I hoped they
would stick around so I could serve them
some jelly during my break.
They came back - so hopefully they are around
more than one day!
They did sit in the trees while it rained - keeping
an eye on the jelly.
What a variety of birds today - I will be getting
another feeder and I better get going
on the Hummingbird food it won't be long.
