Larry Ivie's odd little magazine from the 60's. M&H was like an amateur fan-zine that made it to the supermarkets and drug stores! It was like a csombination of Castle of Frankenstein and Screen Thrills Illustrated only nowhere near as good as either. Larry did all the work on these mags. He did the art, wrote the articles and supplied most of the photos. The mag was good but could have been so much better. I think his art is very good and the photos were all interesting but I came away with the feeling that it wasn't really that good an effort. I think that there were a lot of wasted pages in the small magazine. He could have fit all the important stuff into 30 pages, not the meager 50 that he did use. He also tackled too many subjects for the small amount of space he used. The series lasted 7 issues before it died. It was soon forgotten and not remembered by many these days. Worth a read for nostalgia's sake!
ENJOY!
