Here is a full scan of Frank Cho's first published work with the characters that would make their way into Liberty Meadows a few years later. Originally published in 1996, there was a second printing in 1999 with a new cover and it's featured here.
This stuff was way funnier and had more of an edge to it than Liberty Meadows ever did...
