I remember sitting in the Subway in our hometown and hearing about the Towers on the radio. I was eating lunch with my Mom.
Later that week we left for Medora, North Dakota for a horse trip. These trips are roughing it - no running water, etc. You enjoy the simple things in life - we checked the radio in the truck several times to see what was going on. We, along with the world were in shock!
Today and every day remember September 11, 2001.
