For my tastes, this is the best overall Night In Gales album since Towards the Twilight, and listening to this is what finally prompted me to put up all of the albums from them that I enjoy. Over the years I have heard a bit of a mixed opinion on this band from other metalheads, but I really liked their first 2 albums, and their more recent efforts have been very good as well.

Even though they came into the scene towards the end of the heyday, I always felt that Night In Gales had a very entertaining twist on the Gothenburg sound. This album was easily my favorite of their early releases.
