I received an email from these guys a few days ago asking to review their upcoming disc Convulsions, which is due to be released in March, 2014. I told the guys that I don't really do reviews, I just post stuff that I like and sometimes make comments about the material. They didn't want me to provide a download link for this but you can stream the entire disc through their Bandcamp link above. They were kind enough to send me an electronic copy of the disc and that makes what I have to write somewhat difficult. Don't get me wrong this isn't a bad disc, actually the production is pretty good, they are talented musicians and there are some good riffs and ideas in the mix here, but this just isn't my style. If I am going to listen to thrash then I want it to have a nice mix of death metal thrown in or it needs to be a lot more gritty and old school sounding for my tastes. But as with anything that I post here at The Death Chamber, you all should check it out and see what you think, if you like it then support the band and buy some merchandise. If not then move along.
