Battalion has long since split up but their first 2 LPs, which includes this disc are excellent examples of war themed death metal done right. Heavy as a King Tiger and deadlier than an 88 trained on advancing infantry. Now in 2022, 2 of their members have resurfaced in Carnal Desecration who have just released their own top-tier slab of Belgian death \m/\m/
