28mm ACW Foundry Confederate Cavalry and If Facebook existed during The American Civil War?

These 28mm Confederate boys are mine and are from Foundry Miniatures and were a joint venture between myself and Battleaxe Painting Service (Ray and Postie) back in the good old days, I'm working on some 2 page ACW skirmish rules adapted from some Postie used for an French-Indian wargame we had a while back!

I'm trying to remember what unit this is.........?

......and if Facebook existed during the American Civil War?

........and don't forget Chris has a giveaway over at Wargamer's Odds and Ends which ends on October the 7th!

15mm Khurasan NSF DOE Gunships, painted and made by Battleaxe Painting Service.

Khurasan Miniatures released these bad boys last year and there was a little issue with the making of them (ie you needed a small amount of skill, I haven't, just the patience and skill of a meth addict), so I thought I'd get the boys at Battleaxe (Postie and Ray) to do them through their new painting business.........

.................now some people might say it's a pity commission (I think BigLee did?) but I'm not that nice, I hate to say it but they did a brilliant, excellent, great, good job (that was difficult) and I'm happy with the outcome.
