More 15mm Hazmat Troopers for Zombie or even Modern Gaming.......

....and I see some of you are on SiteHoundSniffs.com

Been a while but motivation is lacking a bit.........

I've had these for a while but you can't beat an old classic from Khurasan, these are more a military unit rather than the previous private contractor unit, I've always liked the fact they have mostly silenced weapons and flamethrowers!

They also remind me of the sardaukar from the movie Dune!

A site that is listing worthy sites and blogs under one of the headers Miniatures and Modeling, famous names are listed like Simon Miller, Loki, Anne O'Leary, Johnny Frandsen etc...... but then I  saw Ray's name and was a little disappointed to be honest...........they'll let anybody in!

15mm Modern Protesters and Demonstrators from Flytrap Factory..........

...........or future Rioters, Looters and Incarcerated?

Had a lot of time on my hands recently so a lot of things got painted that were in the lead pile, things got repaired( most of it anyway) that were fecked in transport from England, so the 15mm modern range got a lot of attention, stuff got re-based......when we eventually got electricity!

The figures are from their Lawfighter range (camera guy is from Oddzial Osmy) and were bought last year from the "helpful" guys at Zombiesmith, the sculpts aren't too bad, there are about 7 or 8 sculpts per range, a lot of repeats but with a varied colour palette you can change things up ( a little criticism is there are too many flat cap figures), I left a lot of figures out due to the repeats and colour blindness.

The Ray in this statement of protest may or may not be the same Ray I used to know once upon a time!

28mm Zombicide Board Game Painted........or does that zombie look like Buster Bloodvessel from Bad Manners?

Got the game as a present for Christmas and while still not played it I was lacking figures for the challenge I decided like others to paint the feckers, nothing too wrong with the quality apart from mold lines and the multiple numbers of the same cast.
Trying to paint every figure slightly different from the last one and not going slightly insane.....

"Does green go with pink?"
"Do the fatties look like Buster Bloodvessel?"
"A chainsaw with roller skates?"
"White shoes after Labour day?"

Towards the end of painting I started to remove limbs, heads, drill holes and add a katana, a bowie knife and a fire axe!

Not a bad set and I have received two more zombie box sets from a benefactor and hope to get them done soon..........

I can hear the can can music..........

The main characters but roller skates and a chainsaw........

Still hearing it.........

My favourite model the Abomination.......

Some variants.......

Is that a fire axe in your back.......

The main event........

.......and more.....

........and more......

.....enough already.......

......enough already!

15mm AR:SE Zombie Tanks, Blog-Con, COD:Ghosts and one of the best can openers ever!

Currently feeling like hammered faeces but on my 4th visit to the doctor (like most men I rarely visit a doctor intentionally) and prescribed something with a bit of a kick and told I may have something that I have now forgotten but had a lot of latin in the title I'm feeling a bit better and actually back sleeping, I was worried I wouldn't make blog-con this weekend with the blog whore Ray but hopefully that's not a problem now apart from the medication saying I may feel drowsy (no faeces sherlock) and no fecking alcohol!

One of my favourite rules ever are AKULA's AR:SE zombie rules (2 page genius rules), there are in the rules zombies called tanks "In rare cases, the zombie virus mutates the corpse, into a stronger, more aggressive zombie", they are also hard as feck to kill! In 28mm I found some unique figures to represent tanks but in 15mm I couldn't find anything I liked but I saw some plastic nurglings on ebay and a little bodging later I ended up with these guys to represent the tanks...........

15mm eureka mini to show scale, would have liked the tanks to be bigger but they'll work fine.........

Blog-Con this Saturday folks.........

This arrived yesterday as an early Christmas present from the family.........

What a great can opener.......

.....and I'm now off to load my PS3 game and save the world and piss off all those online gamers!

15mm Modern Hostages and Prisoners.

Many uses for a variety of periods including modern, zombie or sci-fi etc...., most are from Rebel Minis with the two hooded ones from Khurasan Miniatures.......

....the figures are not bad and painted by Ray!

15mm Painted Zombie Horde Bases....

.....for use with Akula's AR:SE 2 page zombie rules.

In the rules if one of these bases touch a survivor figure it's instant death, they are also zombie spawn points,  and the figures are mostly if not all Rebel Minis I believe....

Now I just need to find 15mm zombie tank figures and we're done with the zombies......

Could have put more figures on them but it's more for what they represent in the game than anything else.

....and Ray painted the figures so my apologies!

Anne O'Leary is having a challenge over at her blog and wants you to drop over and help her win
, so get on with it
